Location was great. Property is a bit dated but still comfortable and clean. Staff were very helpful.
Breakfast was rather ordinary and could offer more. A better solution is needed for hygenic measures ie; segregation of the bread, as some people handled the 2 slice plastic wrapped pieces and left one after they’d handled it. A better solution is required. I certainly don’t want other people handling the bread I’m going to eat/toast and I did see a man do that.

The location was very good. Walkable to nearby George Street and Hop on Hop Off stops. Many local restaurants nearby (including Maggy’s) and shopping too - on Trongate and in Enoch Sq Mall.
The suite was spacious with room for a bite, watching two different programs or one person getting up while another slept.
The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
If the suite had a microwave, it would be perfect. Maybe it’s time to touch-up the coffee table paint in the living room (lots of little chips in the paint). The tub/shower is a little dicey from a safety standpoint - very high to step into and very slippery.

The staff at the reception were super friendly, professional and always willing to help. Also the man from housekeeping was very friendly and professional.
Location was good.
The fact that there was no aircon made our stay uncomfortable, if you open the windows to get fresh air, you will get many flies inside the flat from the back street where the rubbish containers are stored.
The views we got from room 324 was just a grey wall.
The fans provided didn’t make much of a difference.
