Situated in Milan, this lovely condo for $321 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. The huge living area is illuminated by large windows overlooking a small balcony with plants that will give you the right privacy. A very comfortable sofa, TV, a coffee table, a large dining table for 6 people and a characteristic oriental red sideboard adorn this part of the house. The kitchen has no doors and overlooks the large living room: it is equipped with everything needed to prepare and cook your favorite dishes (microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, etc.). A corridor leads to a separate area currently used as a study / library. Another corridor separates the sleeping area as follows: - a double bedroom with balcony, TV and a large walk-in closet. Adjacent to the bedroom is the first bathroom, elegantly furnished, with a bathtub and a shower cubicle - the second bedroom has two single beds and a large wardrobe where you can stow your belongings - the third bedroom has a French bed (for one and a half), a single sofa bed and also a large wardrobe. Between the two bedrooms there is the second bathroom with sanitary ware and shower cubicle. The apartment is completed by a small room / closet with washing machine, tub for washing clothes by hand and a cloth. FOR FAMILIES: cot and high chair available on request and subject to availability MONTHLY RESERVATIONS: registration of the contract required for bookings of more than 28 nights. The cost of registration (101.5 €) is to be considered at the customer's expense Upon your arrival you will find: - Ready beds (with the exception of the sofa beds for which the set of sheets, blankets and pillows will be prepared ready for use) - Towels (one shower towel and one face towel for each guest) - Starting Pack: initial supply including laundry pads, dishwasher pads, detergents, toilet paper, hand soap and bags for separate collection Private apartment on the sixth floor of a well-kept building with concierge and lift (7 steps to reach it) CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT on APPOINTMENT directly at the apartment. Assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (telephone, email, instant messaging platforms, Voip) APARTMENT MANUAL: upon your arrival you will find a guide containing useful information for your stay in Milan (supermarkets, restaurants, public transport and much more) TOURIST TAX to be paid in cash on arrival - is mandatory and is paid to the City of Milan. We had a very pleasant stayed in the appartment. It is very spacious and had everything we needed. It is not next to downtown but with the bus/subway it is very easy to get there.

We spent one week (4 adults, 2 children) here and had a wonderful time. Great location, price, and setup. Plenty of room, easy to get to public transit and main attractions of Milan, and comfortable setting. Nico was very kind and responsive, even helped organize travel to the airport during the train strike. Highly recommended!

I would say that the mattresses were super firm. They need to add instructions on how to use the washing machine and dishwasher! The process for recycling and garbage is intense.

Lovely, quiet and well appointed flat in a nice area

The apartment is well designed, with the living and sleeping areas separated. With the windows closed, it is almost silent - no noise from the street or neighbors. The kitchen is well equipped and the baths are large and nicely appointed. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions and checkin/ checkout was simple.

Ruhige Lage, Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke. Pizzeria und Bars in Laufweite, mittels Taxi sehr schnell im Zentrum.

Quiet, contemporary and well located

This is a great property that has lots of space as a well-designed, recently remodeled, modern apartment. The living, kitchen and small office area along with the reception area are all discretely separated from the three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and clothes washing room. There are balconies on both sides of the apartment boasting a variety of views. The kitchen is well appointed with all appliances and kitchen equipment. This is a must for anyone visiting Milan and enjoys space, light and peace for unbroken sleep.
