Situated in Ocean City, this attractive condo for $327 per night is a great option for your next break. Mariners Watch 306 is a beautiful three bedroom condo where you'll enjoy stunning views from inside the unit, as well as outside on the sizable balcony. Through the double sliding doors in the living room, you have a sweeping view of the bay and the evening sunsets, plus you overlook the boats in the harbor and Fish Tales Restaurant. The hallway and living areas have beautifully tiled floors, while the bedrooms are carpeted. This spacious condo features a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, washer and dryer, four televisions and internet access. Accommodating up to eight guests, the primary and 2nd bedrooms feature king beds, the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed plus a twin bunk bed. Parking is under the building, and there is an outdoor pool located on the south side. Conveniently located at a light with a crosswalk, and just a short walk to the beach and famous Ocean City Boardwalk. In addition to being adjacent to Fish Tales, there are numerous other eateries close by, miniature golf courses, and the Jolly Roger Amusement and Water Park. Guest must provide sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Please note the bunk bed room is movies only, no cable. Non-smoking, non-vaping.. This property rents Saturday-Saturday in season, and any three nights off season. No Smoking/No Vaping No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Place was spacious and clean. Ample space for my family. Well equipped with everything we needed. Close to all amenities. Enjoyed our stay. Just an fyi, ice maker didn’t work and beach carrier was broken. All in all highly recommend. Thank you!!

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay in this property. The owners provided everything we needed in terms of appliances, plates, utensils, etc. The unit was quite large and easily accommodated our family of 5. The location was great and with walking distance to many restaurants and the boardwalk. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a 3 bedroom in Ocean City.

When we arrived even after picking up our packet we hauled all of our stuff to the room and it was not ready for two more hours yes not until 5 o’clock Also the dishwasher was packed with dirty dishes from the previous occupants The shower curtains were broken along with the shades out to the balcony and just stacked on top also sand in the master bedroom tub need some sort of credit really not worth $3500

This property is AMAZING it’s like a home away from home. I would definitely stay here months at a time. It’s exactly what is advertised. It’s clean and it’s so easy to get in touch with the property managers if needed. It’s also literally Walking distance to the beach. I will definitely be staying here again.

We have been vacationing in Ocean City for years and have never stayed anywhere as nice as this. Spacious rooms and perfect for our family beach vacation. We will definitely book this again. Clean, well kept, comfortable beds and furniture. Equipped with everything you would ever need in the kitchen. Bathrooms were clean and spacious.

Everything was exactly as the pictures showed. Very clean and well kept. Only thing that I would suggest is the check out time be later. Most hotels have an 11 or 12 o’clock check out. To me the 10 am is very hard, especially with families with young children

I was skeptical before checking into this property just because it seemed to good to be true. Instantly I knew it was a great spot. The place was immaculate, Kitchen is fully stocked, pictures are accurate and check in location was quick and easy. Best vacation my family and I ever had. I’m a single dad of 4 young kids and it was a perfect spot. Thank you!!

Three couples stayed here for Sunfest weekend. It's conveniently located - with Fish Tales located right across the street and multiple other great restaurants within walking distance, bus stop at the corner, etc. Everyone agreed beds were comfy. And while it's located on the main drag, it seemed super insulated because you heard minimal street noise any time during the day or night. We hope to be back next year!

We rent it for OC Bikefest and it was the perfect location. Walked into the condo and felt right at home. It is kept very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The condo is within walking distant of our favorite breakfast place Happy Jacks and to Cowboy Coast. We loved the view of Fish Tales from the balcony to be able to watch all the bikes coming in. We liked the condo so much we have requested to rent it again next year. Heather Z.

As a family of 6 it was great having "at home accommodations. Place was well kept and clean. Location was great. It was located near everything or within a 5-10 min drive. Would def recommend this place. Central Reservation was great as well. They gave us a call when the room was ready early and called us when we accidentally left something behind. Great experience all around. Highly recommend
