The accommodation was very clean. Communication with the owner was excellent and very easy.
The location was average, but for a one-night stay it was perfectly fine. The accommodation has more of a hostel/tourist accommodation feel, so don’t expect anything luxurious. Considering the standard, it was a little expensive, although compared to other accommodation options in Bari, the price was probably reasonable.

Decent location, direct bus to city center. Quite comfy beds. Nice, cold marble floor. Contact with the host was excelent.
NO WIFI AT ALL - host told they had some issues for few days, that includes our stay. He was even trying hard to fix the issue but failed. He should gave us a backup solution. But he didn't. We had no wifi at all despite room should have internet as stated. This is totally unacceptable. We had to buy local sim card to have internet, which was limited.
The shower was in very poor condition, it leaked water outside because shower door was not alligned well. Shower had also much scale. The duvet did not smell nice - looks like it hasn't been used for a long time - but it was clean.
Pricey (90 euro) - for 130 euro more you can have bigger room, 50 meters from Bari Central Station, with hot tub, with amazing room quality that was perfect in every matter, perfect bed, completely soundproof with supreme internet as of 1 GBit, with free bottled water, fridge, free coffee and tea. Here, we had 30 min by bus to city center, no internet, dirty walls and leaking shower. Just answer yourself was it worth 90 euro.
Spiral stairs with no elevator. We barely fit with our bags on these stairs!
The balcony door made unpleasant noise during opening.
