Close to transport, 7eleven, comfortable affordable

Close to tram line, beds were comfortable we were a group of 5 and all slept comfortably. Considerate property keeper with extra things like shampoo conditioner toothbrushes etc.

Only we felt bad about the rubbish. It said if you don’t know the separation and disposal arrangements used locally, leave the rubbish in the apartment for the owner to deal with, that was nice of them but a group of 5 after 4 nights/5 rays made a lot of rubbish so by the last days it was several piles of small bags which we felt bad leaving.

Overall, the apartment was nice, and Tokyo is a wonderful city, so I had a great time.

I liked how big the space was in the apartment and that it had a balcony. It had appliances like a washer, refrigerator, microwave, stove, etc., though there was no television (thankfully, I didn't want one). There was a nearby 24-hour restaurant, a supermarket open until midnight and a convenience store. It's very near the train station. And the neighborhood is quiet and nice.

It wasn't clear from the photos what the apartment and beds would look like, so there was a difference between my expectation and what they were. The wifi is a bit slow. The train line nearest the apartment is not part of the Tokyo Subway Ticket and has no discount rates. The train fare in Tokyo is quite steep, so taking that line twice a day during my stay was costly. Nevertheless, the apartment stay is relatively cheaper.

The furnishing of your lodging place add much to the overall convenience and enjoyment. It was clean but lacked the amen

Very clean. We required additional linen and more was brought the following morning.

There were no kitchen dishes except 6 glasses and a sharp knife. Couldn't even have a cup of coffee --no cups. We like eating breakfast where we stay, but that was difficult without dishes.

Okay overall, not bad for smaller groups.

Staff were lovely and responsive. Decent size for Japan. close to a station, and food options around. Very cheap!

The bathrooms smelled like sewerage, one of the aircons stopped working upstairs, there is an induction cooker in each room, but no pans/pots/utensils/plates etc. there are a few cups though. Upstairs bathroom roof had mould. Water doesn’t get too hot either.

We would stay here again.

The apartment is in a pleasant part of Adachi Ward, Tokyo, convenient to the Nippori Toneri train line and to downtown Tokyo. We traveled to downtown Tokyo to sightsee each of the six days we stayed. There are numerous restaurants in the area; we ate at a different restaurant for every meal out. We used three different local bath houses to soak in the evenings. We used two grocery stores, the Gyomu and the Life stores, near Ogi Ohashi station. The neighbourhood is a residential area and is quiet. The Internet works well. In the apartment, the toilet and the bath/shower are in separate rooms - nice. Beds enough for four people. My daughter and I slept in separate rooms. There is a refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, and an IH hotplate.

There were glasses, but no plates, silverware, chopsticks, cutting board, knife, or cooking utensils in the kitchen. There was no pot/pan that could be used on the IH hotplate. We went out and bought paper plates, chopsticks, and other things to make breakfast with. I bought a frying pan, but found it could not be used with the IH hotplate. Unless the host provides utensils, it is impossible to cook meals. How can you make a good omelete for breakfast in a microwave?

Apart from the kitchen facility, it was very good.

The cleanliness, well furnished rooms, washrooms we're good, clean and fully equipped..

The stove didn't work because there was no compatible frying pan or cooking utensils provided with that for use. There were no plates, bowls and cutlery to be used for heating in microwave oven and or having food. These must be provided. The TV has no cable connection. The TV may be replaced by a smart TV.

Deserted area and old apartment

Checking out

- Neighborhood was dodgy. On an empty street a dude shouldered his way through our group. In the shops was a guy sneezing on everything. - House was very very dated. Furniture, doors, bathroom, etc had rust and obvious wear. - Every room was small. If you sit at the kitchen table you cant even open the toilet door - Was sent a message the day before check in. "Please send all members' passport copy to the following email address 48 hours before arrival.". So i was meant to send them details 48 hours before check in that they had not requested until about 24hours before check in
