1) Posto strategico tra tre Comuni del litorale Siracusano:
a) Portopalo
b) Marzamemi
c) Pachino
2) La Villa è molto bella e c'è una vista suggestiva sul mare.
3) Il gatto mascotte della Villa : Codino.
È socievole e affettuoso, raccomando ai proprietari di prendersi ancor più cura di lui.
Presenza (seppur rara) di fauna locale:
1) Gechi
2) Formichine
3) Scarabei di Campagna
Non lesivi o troppo invasivi, ma comunque Sgradevoli.

Os proprietários foram muito simpáticos e prestativos. As acomodações eram muito limpas e bem cuidadas, com limpeza todos os dias. Adorei que tinha máquina de café com cápsulas nos quartos. Era apenas 10 min de carro até Marzamemi, muito pertinho.
Não ter café da manhã nem utensílios para improvisar um café da manhã próprio (talheres para cortar fruta, por exemplo).
