Three days in Heaven!

If you want peace and quiet at literally two minutes' walk to the beach, look no further! The rooms are pretty, clean and functional, and there's a policy for guests to be quiet from 11pm to 8am. I've never slept so well on holiday. Gorana is a delight and super helpful.

There's nothing I didn't like.

Gorana is SO kind. She was very helpful with all our questions (even before our stay). She even offered going to the closest pharmacy for us when we needed some meds. The condition of the rooms is perfect. We were impressed with how clean they were upon our arrival, and there's a common section in which pretty much anything you need is available. The grill section is also really good. As of the location, it's perfect for a relaxed vacation in a very calm part of the island. The best restaurants are just a couple blocks away, and you can find insane beaches if you take a little walk.

Excellent stay

Spacious double room, comfy beds, kettle and fridge, nice shower with hot water at all times, all very clean. Additional cutlery, crockery and wine glasses were available on the hallway. Lovely views of the sunset from the balcony. Excellent communication with the host - Gorana was prompt to answer and helped us with everything we asked.

Comfortable beds and very close to the beach

- This is the 1st property in all the Balkans we stayed at with a clear policy of sorting the trash. This is an enormous plus - The property and the room were very clean - Comfortable bed. - The car park was big. No parking issues - We were lucky enough to have a room with a balcony and a direct view over the sea!. It is ideal to enjoy your coffee, tea, wine ... or ice tea right from the fridge of the room ;) Both day and night, you can look at the Lošinj island, around 20km away - Very close to the Babinjak beach (75 meters, made of stones), restaurants, wine and Pag cheese selling points and even a church - The owner, who didn't make any problem of us checking in after the regular time and who left the key for us to check in ourselves. - On Booking, the property states check out at 10 A.M. However, in the room, nice surprise: it's 10:30 A.M. Big kudos for this!

- There is a big problem with soundproofing, at least in the part of the property we slept in (the white house). We could clearly hear our neighbors not only making what we could diplomatically call room exercise (if you know what I mean ;)), but also ... talking. Both very late in the evening and in the morning. If it weren't because of that, this property would have gotten a 9 or a 10! ... Soundproofing this part of the building is definitely the point this property must improve for their hard work to be properly rewarded.

Fabulous romantic getaway.

Nothing more amazing than waking up to a fantastic view of the beach. N a charming sunset view that will make you fall in love 😍 The quality n build quality of the room, bathroom fixtures, terrace doors, beds, etc is top notch. (Architect speaking) Very clean maintenance. And to top it off, the host is ultra hospitable and very welcoming. She took care of all our requests - parking, laundry, etc. A great experience guaranteed! 👍

Perfect

This place is simply perfect! The room is clean, well equipped, really comfortable. I also had the balcony with the sea view and sunset view - it was amazing! The host was so welcoming and helpful. It was the perfect gateaway to relax, the beach is really nice, so peaceful and calm. It’s also a nice place to stay to do some exploring such as hikes and visit olive gardens. Would definitely recommend!

Best buy for sure

10 / 10 Perfect host, very nice rooms, close to small beach and other locations such a restaurant, shop.. City of Novalja is only few kilometers away. Very affordable prices, I would say best buy. If I plan on going to Novalja again, very probably gonna choose the same host.

Just one note, there are no shades for a car. It's not rly a downside but just a note.

The view of the room, the location and the bathroom - everything was amazing

On booking.com it was not specified which kitchen facilities were available at the place. The room had a fridge and a kettle and we would have loved to know this beforehand!

A good place to take a break from the bustle of the city. It was interesting to explore the surrounding coves and wild beaches. The room was in line with our expectations, everything is very clean and well maintained.

Adorable view from room, room and bathroom were very clean, very close to the beach and to the good restaurant, host has good advices and loves animals, especially cats.

Only one shop in village closed from 2 PM starting from September.
