Not worth the price

- SEA: clear waters with perfect temperature, specially a treat for full mask snorkling at deep water. However be aware it is not a sand but stone beach, there are sea urchins so BRING SEA SHOES - PERSONEL: pretty much all personell at the hotel( from the cook to cleaning ladies) are friendly and ready to help, almost all of them at least speak basic English. - ROMANTIC, with the sea view there is a nice restaurant for couples who wants few(!) days of escape.

- rural area with no shuttle service. - there is not even complimentary water in the rooms. Also no kettle, etc. - when we first arrived small refgirator was not working, at the reception they answered it is the same for all rooms. - air conditioner is on central system therefore you are bound to this system. - even though there are nice friendly animators it is NOT A CHILD FRIENDLY hotel (specially for small ones), no play ground, play area is under the sun outside with limited capacity, sea is deep with pebles, pool has too much clore (burning the eyes), pretty much every outside area is a SMOKING AREA! - TOWELS were marked did not give the impression of clean - Considering the hotels location and activities max(!) 5-7 days should be enough for an escape however more than this is getting limited boring routine. - DO NOT EARLY BOOK, (specially with booking.com), because close to the dates Hotel drops the prices almost 400-500€ as "last minute deal" even for "superior" rooms, by early booking you are booking a standard room more expensive and later Hotel do not accept giving you a better room with the same / dropped prices nor booking.com accepts the change!!!

Nightmarish Hospitality: Unveiling the Abyss of the Worst Hotel Services

As soon as we arrived, the shower was broken, there were no soaps, and there was a burnt out light bulb, so we knew we would never return. Because the food was so bad, I got sick and requested just white rice to attempt to recuperate, but they charged us for supper for two. As if that weren't enough, they had scheduled two massages for us, but the second one couldn't be done since they kicked us out of the hotel on the day of the party. ludicrous even for a two star, much less a four

Amazing!

The receptionist was a very friendly man, the bartenders also! We really loved the pool, it’s big and not too crowded and very close to the sea. Amazing!

The drinks were a bit expensive.

Our stay was ok, but didn’t offer equivalent to our money.

Private, nice pool and beach areas. Cristal clear water. Room was good and clean with beautiful view. Really nice personnel.

All the described facilities was not in use in june, because off-season, we weren’t aware of this before going to the hotel. Photos looked better than the actual place. Restaurant food was not in line with the price. Another one of us ate once the dinner (20€, not included drinks) and that was enough, quality was poor. Breakfast was 2/5. Nearby hotel were restaurants where to eat (1-6km).

Secluded Croatian hotel

We loved the tranquil location, our room (romantic room) and the access to the beach. It was nearby with sun beds provided. The staff was incredible friendly and helpful. It was our honeymoon vacation and they arranged breakfast with flowers in the room. Also sauna area is very clean and inviting.

First night during the dinner there was a full capacity of guests and not enough staff. You could feel it by lack of clean tables and not enough food. However, during the next dinner the picture was completely different: there was an availability to get a table outside and the waitress were more engaging.

air conditioning in the rooms didnt work, except for the noise. the tempersture in one Of the rooms was 26 and the other 27 and there was nothing the reception would do. they said all the rooms had this temperature. IT was too hot, really

Nice location at the sea

Location and room comfort. Sea view from the room was amazing. Staff were friendly, especially at the reception. Nice outdoor pool.

Food at the restaurant could be better. Some attention to not overcook the meat and fish would be appreciated.

Super smo se odmorili. Hotel ima sve sto je potrebno. Hrana je kvalitetna, nudi se dobar izbor. Cistoca i osoblje su na razini. Plaza, bazen i mirna okolina su predivni.

Not a four stars experience

Excellent location, nice and clean.

Staff is friendly but lacks training, unable to perform basic tasks. Both indoor and outdoor pools are unheated. Cheap supermarket wine sold at premium prices. Hotel does not deserve four stars.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience at the La Luna Hotel.

Varied and generous breakfast. The food was tasty, fresh and well prepared. Located on the beachfront, La Luna enjoys stunning sea views, which I particularly enjoyed. The area was peaceful, very pleasant and welcoming; ideal for a relaxing holiday. I really loved the charm and the character of the hotel. It has a decent sized indoor pool, that seemed to be well maintained. There is also a cool cocktail bar by the outdoor pool. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. Hotel rooms were spotless and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Great stay at a wonderful hotel!

Our stay was prefect. Hotel has an ideal position, the pool is overlooking the beach and everything is close and at range. Service was at level, food was of good quality and the staff was extremely polite. Housekeeping was thorough and I can say that cleaning ladies do a very good job. Definitely will return and would recommend for vacation.

Disappointing

Location was spectacular. Hotel pool and chill out outdoors was great for sunsets.

Hotel staff was very rude, unhelpful, hiding costs and acting as offended whenever we asked for any sort of service. Something should be done to address this as it's a shame it made our experience not even near to what one would expect from a 4* hotel. Our room was only cleaned 2 out of 6-day stay ..

Very good

Nice hotel with great pool and very close to beach. Staff was nice too. We used saunas during bad wheather.

I think, that just few small things needs to be done. Maybe it is nessesary for manager to try hotel like a guest. Few anyonig general things: 1. constant lack of cups for tea at breakfast 2. missing description of dishes at dinner 3. no teaspoons 4. No staff in wellness 5. Missing cups in wellness 6. Almost all showerhead in wellness was damaged I believe, that it is easy to fix these defects. It is possible that I will go there again next year.

overall very good :)

Great location with a private beach with lots of places to lie down. I appreciated that it was not crowded, great place to relax. Breakfast was delicious, dinner was ok. Room was clean, trash taken out every day and towel were replaced after 2 days. Wifi was good. Kind staff, they were able to accomodate us before noon.

I appreciate the plant milk (soy, rice, almond), but there were not many meal options for vegans especially missing some source of protein other than meat. Could have more parking spaces.

Disappointing

Location was great as it is close to the sea with eaasy acces to the water. Breakfast was quite good. We especially liked that they make fresh omlette for you. The room was spaceous and clean. Our privacy was respected. The outside pool was clean too. Lots of sun beds with umrellas.

Sadly, there are a lot of things that should be improved, especially considering this is a four star hotel. Dinner was an absolute disaster! You would think you would at least get a decent fish or any other seefood for that matter. It was litterally tasteless and the mussles smelled really badly. Most of the food was cold and was clearly an "instant" type of food. Another major mess up is the fact that if you don't make it to dinner in 30 minutes, a lot of the food is gone for good. The pasta was dry and just... no. The meat was chewy and again, tasteless. We can't stress enough how bad everything was. Don't take the dinner option, it is absolutely sad! They have a wellness service which would be great if someone was actually working at the counter there. Making sure the music was not blasting too loudly in the two actually operational saunas (one of the guests had to fetch someone to turn them on to begin with, even though the welness is already a part of your package). They did not clean the area too much. We saw some trash here and there, which was there for the whole week. The refreshments probably haven't been refreshed either. The "cocktail" bar at the pool was understocked. The only cocktail we could order was a Cuba libre and we all know that's just Rum and Coke. The prices were already high enough, without the lack of offer to add salt to injury. Good luck getting your morning coffee. If you do get your hands on a clean mug getting the coffee from the machine into it might be a second problem you'll face. You get more of the coffe all around the cup than in it. That is, when the machine actually works.

Pleasant

Location was great, small village and very relaxing. Hotel was clean and the staff was accommodating. Entertainment during night: Fire show performer was excellent and the dancers with the light sticks where great too.

Food for dinner was lacking local dishes, especially side dishes with chard and main dishes with fish and lamb (lamb is characteristic for Island of Pag). Wellness was included in price but only 2 out of 4 saunas were working. Also, on one or two occasions, we would have to ask the staff to turn on a sauna before using it, although it was supposed to work form 14 till 19 everyday. Also we had a feeling that there wasn't enough staff on board: indoor bar (mini club) wasn't working, and wellness also didn't have any staff behind the desk during working hours.

Superb

spacious comfort room with nice views; big bathroom; pool & access to hotel beach; wellness: small gym, sauna & option for massages; friendly staff !

The food: as a vegeterian I missed more options for me to eat. Although there were salads and other vegeterian side dishes, I missed main dishes without meat/fish. I suggest improvement in this area!
