Location is top tier right in the fashion district and a short walk to the Duomo and Galleria.
Kitchen ware cups/glasses/plates and cutlery.
The quick handling of the miscommunication of our arrival even though we had to pay €60 cleaning fee for a 1 bed apt was better than being left on the street overnight. Clear communication should be set out going forward.
Mosquito inside the property unsure where these were coming from but a lot of gaps in skirting boards around windows and doors. No clear welcome note to say how we get into to the main door, that the shower goes cold as you have to wait upto 1hr with a group of 4 in 35 degree heat was not great. Lack of towels and toilet rolls for a week stay, could not use washer due to being dirty, no dishwasher tablets. You would think they would at least provide 1 tablet and 1 for washing machine. The miscommunication saying we could check in before our check in time. This proved to be incorrect even though email confirmed this was ok.
