The location is perfect, you are a few minutes walk down a not busy road to town but it feels like you are in the countryside.as it has a big garden and is set back from the road. The rooms we saw (3) were all a good size and clean, with mosquito nets and chairs. We were given an executive room as it wasn't busy which had a balcony and was very spacious. There are lots of birds to be seen in the garden. It's in the midst of some building works but we weren't disturbed, it may have paused. The staff, and especially Abdallah we're great. Abdallah even contacted us and went to collect bus tickets for us on his day off (thanks Abdullah). He helped us find a guide too. The restaurant does Tanzanian dishes and breakfast had a few options. Note the bus station has moved and is a 30min walk away. Plenty of bodabodas and taxis meet buses and are all over town.

Excellent place to relax, surrounded by green and very peaceful. In-house restaurant very affordable
The taps and toilet needed to be tighten up as there were some leakages
