About this house rental
Located in Spray Beach, this lovely house for $394 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Leave all your worries behind and enjoy the NJ shore in comfort and style in this Newly renovated and tastefully decorated duplex which offers 3 BR's (1 Queen and 4 Twins)and 1 full Bath on each floor. Some weeks first floor is available, other weeks top floor, other weeks both. Also has washer/dryer within unit, central air conditioning ,wi-fi. TV in living room ,cable, outdoor shower, front deck with grill in each unit.Close to the beach (about three houses) and everything LBI has to offer. 4 beach badges included. 7 day rental with Saturday changeover only from Memorial Day to Labor day. 3 day minimum off season. There are no pets permitted.

We had an awesome week. Property was completely updated, steps from the beach and close to all restaurants.

The house is perfectly located on the beach side with a 2 minute walk to the water. We had the downstairs unit which is great with little kids to avoid the stairs, the home was very clean, had everything you could need including a washer dryer and dishwasher. The surrounding area is very walkable for meals and stores and there is a hotel 2 blocks away with a nice beach bar (was easy for kids too!). We would stay again and highly recommend!

We had a beautiful week and really enjoyed this property. It was so fresh and clean, perfect location to all LBI has to offer and a short walk to beach. We have a young son and stayed in the upstairs unit. It was a great amount of space and also very safe for an energetic toddler. Looking forward to making this a family tradition. We highly recommend this home.

My friend and I really enjoyed staying at this property. It was a super close walk to the beach and convenient to the food market and restaurants. The unit was very clean and updated. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had adequate supplies for 2 people. The weather was good so overall a great week.

My family and I have been coming to LBI for years but this is the first time we rented a house. It had plenty of space and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was central to all our favorite places and so close to the beach! We had only one small issue and the owner was easy to get a hold of and very responsive. You will not be disappointed if you stay here!

We had a great stay here. The house is inches from the beach and convenient to any number of great amenities, while not being right in the middle of the downtown hullabaloo (or right next to that ridiculous fire siren). The place is in great condition and is well furnished. Recommend!

Location
This property was only three houses from the beach and close to Spray Beach Hotel, where they have an outside bar and restaurant. It was very clean and comfortable. Laura was a great host. She replied to my every query within a few minutes.

Great stay in LBI. Home was excellent. House was very clean and close to everything! Loved being a couple steps away from the beach.

The wood railing going upstairs was old and rotted. Gave me splinter when holding rail. I realize its summer, but there were ants in kitchen counter and table.

Walk to beach ws great
The wood railing going upstairs was old and rotted. Gave me splinter when holding rail. I realize its summer, but there were ants in kitchen counter and table.

House is modern inside and was very comfortable for the six of us. Was in a great location only a few houses and short walk to the beach. Many restaurants and shops nearby as well. Most importantly, the house was very clean.

Without a doubt the best beach house ever. Newly renovated and everything was sparkling clean Outdoor seating and lovely front porch
Directly across from beach where we saw beautiful sunsets and sunrises. All the amenities in kitchen and outdoor grill. Short walks to Outdoor restaurants Can’t wait to go back again

Fantastic location! Perfect condition!
My family of 5 enjoyed our week staying in this beautiful property. Kitchen and bathrooms were updated and immaculate bedrooms and furniture are all new and spacious. We loved being so close to the beach as well as within walking distance to local LBI restaurants and entertainment We would definitely Stay here again

We have been renting on LBI for many years, and this house is by far the most immaculate place we have had the pleasure of renting. It was clean, bright and beautifully decorated - the kitchen is stocked and we had everything we needed. Overall Great Experience, HIGHLY Recommend this!
The property was as described. Pretty much everything inside is brand new and clean. The rental process was very easy dealing directly with the owners via e-mail who answered all of my questions very quickly. The house is 1 short block (3 houses or maybe 50 total steps) from the beach and with 2 small kids that was great. I would definitely rent this property again. Thanks for a great stay!

I was very happy with our rental. The location was perfect, just a block from beach and away from any busy streets. The rental was a perfect size and recently renovated, plus the owners were very accommodating and responsive to any of our questions. Front porch was perfect for a morning coffee or early evening drink. The other plus was being close to beach haven for shops and the water park for my son. Would definitely recommend and looking to come back next year!

Loved this place
We stayed at Laura's place in August 2018. The house is beautiful. Perfectly located. Right across the street from the beach. Close to food and shops. There is a bike rental place within walking distance. Laura and her husband are nice and very helpful. We will be staying there again in the future.

Modern interior comfy home steps from the beach
Our family of three thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the cozy apartment was recently updated with modern finishes and has all the comforts of home, as per the listing description. The location to the beach entrance, restaurants and other family entertainment was fantastic! The apartment's open concept from the kitchen through the living room, along with the balcony deck gave us more than enough space to entertain four additional family members comfortably. The owners are very friendly, responsive and accommodating. We definitely would recommend this home to our friends and family. We look forward to returning for another summer stay. Perfect location in our favorite place!
The pictures are exactly accurate-the condo was extremely clean. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach. The owners were very nice and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our beach week. They were around throughout the week ensuring that we were all set in the house. We would absolutely stay again and again. The only thing I would recommend is a more private outdoor space to be able to make use of the outdoor shower. We come to go to the beach and not hang around the house, so it wasn't an issue for us, but there is no backyard area at all.
