We love the security and hospitality the location offers. The staff and the amenities are top shelf.
We’ve been here several times and they keep hitting us up with the time share sales. I’ve heard it once and don’t want here them badgering me about it.

The hotel was so beautiful, lovely layout. The staff were really helpful and friendly and tolerated by terrible spanish but spoke great english. The breakfast was great and they have a resident falcon which was really special. I loved my stay there and was sad I wasn't able to stay longer.
The corridors were quite echo-y so you could hear people running down the corridors and hear people shouting/talking, but other than that, I have no complaints.

The front desk & the staff is very nice. The hotel is very clean But the food wasn’t good and not
much variety to choose from such as dessert & Salad. The breakfast was no cheese at all was provided
