โข NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
โข NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
โข Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
โข Gatherings of more than 6 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction.
โข House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
โข You must be at least 21 years old to book this property.
โข Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500.

Overall our stay was great we loved the location all of the pools and hot tubs the tiki bar was probably my best thing but the parking in the garage was terrible. As far as the room goes it slept the amount we took but the bathroom door doesnโt lock which led to a lot or surprises the vacation stay. The light in the fridge was out too but that wasnโt a big deal. View is amazing though

The condo was tired the kitchen was poorly equipped , the couch was worn out but the bed was great . Needs an update was disappointing after two years without travel .
