The view. The size. The light coming in. Everything we needed and wanted was there. The reception desk was so helpful and friendly. The shuttle service, which we used a few times, made the transportation very easy. We didn't want to leave.
The parking space was a bit narrow for our 7 passenger SUV, but we could manage by being careful when we were parking.
Our rented ski boots were taken by somebody (by mistake I guess) from the locked storage room. As people don't always remember where they put their gear and many boots look similar, it could happen to anybody again. Allocating certain spot for each room and / or putting the room number may help avoid the problem.

The crew were a bunch of super nice people! They work efficiently and fast communication between them made my stay with my family a super memorable experience.
The glass in the living would have been perfect if there were no dividers between them like larger piece of glass window
