Wonderful place to stay and incredible nice staff for every single wish you have

Great location—if you're looking for a tranquil base between Oia and Fira, this is perfect. The hotel is elegant yet completely in harmony with its surroundings. There’s nothing over the top or showy about it, as you sometimes find with hotels trying too hard to project luxury. Here, the luxury is in the comfort, the peace and quiet, and the attention to detail. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Their restaurant, Memoria, serves exceptional food and has an amazing sunset view. Everything was beautifully arranged, from trips and transfers to complimentary water and thoughtful little treats here and there. A wonderfully peaceful and refined place to stay in Santorini.

I spend time researching the places to say and Santorini Sea Princess had great ratings both among reviewers and some guides. The hotel exceeded my high expectations. The rooms were spacious. Has a view of the sea from the balcony but not the sunset - though there were rooms where it was. I was offered a second upgrade to one of the balconies with the best balcony sunset views in the island but we were happy with the ground floor room where we did not have to climb the stairs because all we had to do is take 10 steps and had the best sunset views within zero crowds. It made the fabled Oia sunset with the blue domes an unnecessary hassle. This is a 5 star boutique hotel that strives beyond providing a comfortable room and great breakfast. I found that the staff was motivated and united as a team to pamper its guests. I did not rent a car but they offered us their multiple drivers to drop and pick us up at prices that beats Uber or local taxis rates. Using their transportation that they made available at minimum notice using WhatsApp messaging felt luxurious. They would deploy their vans if needed from two different hotels at two ends of the caldera - that’s how they would make drivers appear in 5 minutes though the Santorini Princes in Imerovigli was 30 minutes away from say the Akrotiri excavations. The breakfast was an extravagant display of quality Greek hospitality- high quality food and service. The orange juice was not out of cartons but freshly squeezed. The cappuccino we requested for coffee would have the signature of an experienced barista- with intricate floral flourishes. Many healthy items from vegetables, salads to fruit to cheeses to Greek yogurt with many assortment of fixings. They had many baked items that I could not afford to cover with just one stomach. The quality of items in the restaurant Memoria was outstanding- highly recommend their fava bean octopus, grilled eggplant and Santorini salad that I had to have every night.

The property had a wonderful view of Caldera. The restaurant of the hotel was also a plus, very good food by fair prices. Also, the hotel helped with many things like taxi and car renting.
