the garden cannot be used because of mosquitoes. although we asked the owner to use repellent for mosquitoes, the owner refused, asking us to use local repellent (autan, etc.) - repellent that was not effective…

Didn’t meet our expectations

Perfect host, very friendly and helpful 3 min ride to Sani Resort Swimming pool at the villa, cleaned daily Good terrace

Nothing luxurious, 3 star villa Problem with the water, sometimes you have to wait for the water to come, bad bath facilities Very bad baby mattress Small rooms Broken wardrobe One of the three bedrooms is practically open, it’s connected with the living room downstairs, so it’s impossible to fall asleep if other guest are using the kitchen, living room Or the terrace.

Superb

The house is quite new and in very good condition. You may find everything that you need during your stay. There is very nice outdoor furniture and facilities for instance sun beds etc. Upon your request, the house is cleaned everyday. The location is very nice, quite and relaxing atmosphere around the house and 5-15min by driving car you can reach lots of restaurants and beaches.

The house has nets on particular windows and doors but not all of them. It might be better to be equipped all windows and doors by net, because there are mosquitos. When you open the window mistakenly and do not realize whether that window has net or not sometimes it was too late.

The villa is located in a good location near to nice villages like Afytos and Kalithea with many options for bars restaurants and beaches. We appreciated the private pool and the nice garden. The staff was kind and friendly willing to help anytime.

The villa was supposed to have 3 bedrooms but the one bedroom is a mezzanine open to the living room which is not convenient as it can be noisy and too much light in the morning for whoever stays in that so called room. The kitchen is relatively small for the size of the villa but well equipped. The shower in the upper floor was not functioning well and was leaking proof of poor maintenance. The worst thing was the flies and mosquitoes which invaded the exterior and the interior of the villa making difficult to take profit of the nice garden peacefully. The villa is spacious and has a private pool but it needs a bit more than that to be identified as luxurious.

Very cozy and relaxing!

the villa is really nice and with a relaxing garden and terrace. it’s only 3km away from Sani Beach, which is a very biutiful beach it’s also close from Afytos, a really biutiful Traditional Greek village The villa is so well equipped that we even spent 2 of our nights there on the terrace. The pool also completes the relaxing ambiance of the villa. I wil for sure come back and I have already recommended it to my friends!

Perfect short getaway.

Host was super obliging and very helpful. Accommodation is clean and spacious and the location is perfect for a relaxing break. Would definitely highly recommend.

Would definitely go back again.

Beautiful house, very nice garden with pool. Somebody came to check (and clean) the pool every day. Nice beds. It was just as shown in the pictures.

The shower was a bit disappointing… difficult the get it to temperature and not a lot of water.
