everything was very nice except for no view

it was very nice.

our side sea view room was actually a view of some bushes. when I complained they told me I booked late and there were no rooms with a view left. I booked and paid for a view.

welcoming hotel but selective down falls

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and the jacuzzi was a very good touch in the selected rooms

The nice things came with a negative, the hot tub we could hear through the night also the fridge in the room kept turning on half way through the night and was very loud, we also would have expected a more stylish shower for the style of the rooms and hotel just wasn’t carried into certain places.

Excellent overall experience!

Exceptionally clean, modern, stylish & comfortable rooms, wonderful, rich breakfast. Great service on the beach, very attentive and friendly staff, comfy sunbeds.

The location: its biggest advantage is also its weakest point if you are looking for a quiet tranquil spot. The hotel is a preferred place for families with small children and it’s also located in the busiest area of the town, filled with late night shops and restaurants.

Great value for the money!

Friendly staff, nearby the beach with many shops & restaurant on walking distance.

Food wasn’t that great, luckily there were many other restaurants nearby. We recommend to visit Nefeli Restaurant.

Amazing place!

The hotel is located next to the seaside! Everything is new and it’s very clean. The staff was so helpful and nice. I absolutely loved it!

Very good

The hotel was fine, relatively new and not too big. Facilities were ok and the beach is just a stone's throw away. Very good breakfast on a nice terrace. Beach access right from the terrace (just cross the boulevard) with very comfy beds and great service.

We had a room in the basement (the lower floor, it still has a small terrace on the outside). Unfortunately it was right next to staff facilities and rooms, as well as near the kitchen. On a couple of nights it got really loud up until 11:30 PM, on the first night there was even loud music coming from the direction of the kitchen. The noise woke us up in the morning as well. I am not really the complaining type but in hindsight we should have addressed it, it's not appropriate for a 4-star hotel.

We like our stay and a next time we would stay but then in a suite to have sea view and bigger room.

We had the bad luck that there was only a regular room available. Amenities are good and staff is friendly. The breakfast was very good. The closeness to the beach ideal. The Covid-measures were applied by all staff (ok they should also cover the nose with the caps which not everyone did). Disinfectant on each table in the restaurant and gloves for the customers.

The pillows were not nice and too high to be comfortable.

I would go there again anytime!

Location of the hotel right by the beach was great. Clean, modern hotel with nice staff. Breakfast was good. Quite a lot to choose from. Gym was quite small but very clean with clean towels and water bottles to use during gym session.

Very pleasant hotel. Comfortable and well-furnished rooms, very cute personnel, perfect location in several steps from the beach, rich breakfast. Highly recommend.

The place to stay in Polychrono

All was perfect. The hospitality, the staff, the food, the location. Everything was perfect. I musst underline Terri. The guy who takes care of the beach goers, he was the best. Extremely hard-working, always polite and nice, with a smile on his face.

Correct, somewhat expensive for services.

Breakfast was pretty good, COVID measure where applied, not particularly reach. Only downside where the beach bed which where unconformable. Staff was great.

Beach was smaller then we expected. In high season I think that it is small for all hotel guest. Pool was small.
