Good staff. But the worst place to sleep.

The bed was comfortable and good location. And the staff was kind.

To expensive for the conditions. Very old, and a lot of things broken. Shower was broken, the bathroom was awful, I couldn’t sleep because it was very cold and the bed it’s not prepared. The windows cannot block fhe light. Very expensive for the conditions we had. Would not recommend.

we were agreed with the manager that he leaves the keys for us on the spot, due to our late arrival, but he did not do it and we had to sleep in a car in front of the place…well no biggie, but a short apology and perhaps at least a coffee free of charge as a gesture would be nice.. otherwise, fair value for money, could be cleaner many thanks!!

Fair price and nice location

The location is perfect to spend one night with the minimum price, as for me it will be perfect for the couples.

There were terrible hygiene, very dirty shower with the signs of mold. Very noisy in the morning due to the location…

Simple, but authentic and clean and a great location!

Great location at the harbor. Great for a family sleep over after a late ferry arrival. Real Italian feeling! A bit worn down construction, but what do you expect in a historic harbor building? Old, but authentic and clean. Yes, there are bars and restaurants below and all around and Italians stay up late, even on Sundays. But if you don’t like that, don’t come to Italy!! Friendly owner works at the bar in the restaurant. No problem waiting shortly for him to finish making coffee for other guests. No breakfast im the house. But we did not expect that. Next door bar served good coffee and pastries. Little playground and Gelaterias just around the corner!

Pull-out couch was very old and worn, material peeling off, but bedding was fresh and clean.

Rather go to a know hotel chain and pay more....

Location is good, directly at the Harbour as mentioned on the Site

On entry the location Manager had us wait for a considerable time while taking care of Bar orders and other Guests. In the morning at checkout 9:30 the Restaurant was closed, no place to leave the Key, locals, the Harbour Manager told us to leave the keys at the door of the Restaurant. The Room was extremely hot, with no Airconditioning just a fan wich could not be connected since it had the wrong non fitting plug. The Shower was moulded see photos, no toiletry was provided, when we asked at the reception we were told there was none available. the provided towels were like table-clothes see Pictures. Furniture in the room is falling apart. see Photo.

Best solution for cruisers

Right in the heart of the harbour. Many restaurants around, city center and main attractions close to it. Clean sheets and towels.

A bit outdated furniture and equipments.

Fine for a single night stay before catching the ferry, but would not have wanted to stay longer.

the location was very good, with nice views over the harbour and a good choice of local places to eat. The rooms were basic but perfectly ok for a single night stay, same with shared bathrooms.

The facilities were a bit basic; not as comfortable or spacious as they looked in the photos. No air con. Not a hotel, so lacking in some things that you might expect (in particular, no breakfast).

directy above the restaurant in the bar restaurant area of Savona. Actually, I slept totally well with windows closed. Perfect wifi. And the owner's restaurant, Club Nautico, is best!

Unfriendly & unclean - avoid

- Once the windows were closed, the room had good sound insulation from the bars outside - The size of the room is very nice and spacious - Great location on the harbour, with lots of bars & restaurants outside the door

This isn't a dedicated hotel, but just simple rooms attached to a restaurant. We arrived around 4pm and were told in an unfriendly way that it is "impossible" to check in before 6pm, which is such a late & inconvenient time and left us not much time to shower, change, and relax before dinner, it is especially inconvenient when check out is before 11am, we pay for a day but only get half... We had mistakenly booked for only one person and had to pay extra so we could be two people, but were not given any additional towels or amenities, in fact all we had in the room were small shower gels that had already been mostly used by the last occupants, which gave us doubts about the quality of cleaning, which is incredibly worrying during covid times. It was a very hot day/night, but the room had no air-con, only a small fan which couldn't reach both of us at the same time, so was very difficult to sleep.. The interior hallways and stairs are very unattractive, and we didn't feel so safe inside of them. I recommend to choose a different hotel, the location is not worth all of the downsides.

It was noisy in the night but this only because I took a late night coffee and could not sleep.

Disappointing

The location is very nice in the harbour with restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Comfortabel bed and the size of the room was good.

The 4 persons room actually were 2 inidividual rooms with a small joint entrance hall and acces to the bathroom. All these rooms can be individually closed with a key but the entrance to the hallway can not be closed. It didn't feel comfortabel with our 2 small kids (1 and 3) sleeping in a seperated room (which we obviously did not closed during the night) with an joint entrance which can not be closed. The rooms were also very hot because there is no airconditioning and the curtains are smaller than the window. The bathroom is old and rusty. Be aware that the check in is after 18:00, you have to check in in the restaurant and that the owner does not speak English. We managed the check in with some Spanish.
