Location to beach, warmth and responsiveness of host, pillows, surfaces for clothes, easy parking

Very noisy. It was above a restaurant and right next to the boulevard near the beach so it was noisy until very late. Even the closed windows let in the noise. Also, the breakfast was not sufficient. It would be very nice to include fresh fruit.

The location was excellent, the owner was very friendly and could not do enough. Price was very good and breakfast facilities were great.
