The master bedroom and living room enjoy views of the harbour towards Broughty Castle and the Tay estuary beyond. Outside space is provided by a balcony off the first floor living room.

We arrive just as storm Babet hit but must say that we felt very secure in the house and heard almost nothing of the high winds and torrential rain. The house was perfect as alway and is so close to everything you would need. We will definitely be back. Thank you Lynn.

Lovely clean modern property in a nice quiet area.
Enough space for 5 adults. Bonus of an integral garage that we used for outdoor gear and sports equipment.
Plenty of good restaurants within 5 minutes walk.
Seafront and Broughty Castle Museum also 5 minutes walk.
Easy to get into Dundee City, 10 to 15 minutes by car or public transport.
Lynn was good at communicating with us, always promp and answered our questions.

This is the second time we have stayed in this lovely property. Very well appointed. Very thing you need and great location. Lovely touches like coffee, tea, milk etc. spotlessly clean. Lynn and Graham are great hosts. Thanks so much.

We enjoyed our stay from the first minutes and during the whole week. We appreciated the communication with Lynn since the booking with all details, and the welcoming in the house by Graeme.
Broughty Ferry is a nice place in itself with all commodities nearby, and our daughters enjoyed the playground many times during the week. Muray’s fish and chips has also been a delicious experience. The global confort and the cleanliness of the house make it a very nice place for a successful family holiday !

We stayed here as my Daughter was fighting in Dundee for England. Lynn and Graham were brilliant from the moment we booked.
The house is absolutely beautiful and it’s in a lovely town. We couldn’t have ask for a more perfect place to stay, topped off with my Daughter getting a bronze and Silver medal. This accommodation is highly recommended, and don’t think twice about not booking because this is a gem.

This is the best place to stay if you want to visit Dundee. Easy public transport to the center of the city (think V&A, Discovery) and a block from the beach and cycle path. And easy parking right outside the house. The property itself is wonderful - modern, clean and really comfortable. The hosts are perfection - non-intrusive but really attentive if you need them - you can’t go wrong with this property.

What a lovely home this is to stay in. Lynn has thought of everything you could possibly need. The house is spotlessly clean with plenty of linen.
Excellent location in the town, you can easily use public transport and there are plenty of interesting shops to see. Also a great walk along the seafront.

The house was perfect, loved the wee touches of shortbread and milk, 2mins to beach shops pub’s everything. All day sunny balcony,the kids loved it too. Would definitely recommend and stay again

Hi Lyn thank you for putting up the Christmas tree, felt so festive especially for my grandson. Just some feedback I would like to make regarding my stay at your property. The main reason I chose your property was for the use of the garage as I know how busy the ferry can be and was disappointed as I couldn’t use it. We had to find parking elsewhere on a few occasions as the space was already taken, not great when weather not good and you have shopping/ children etc. As a family of 5 we were somewhat cramped in the lounge area as seats not comfortable and no cushions, same with the beds just feels a bit outdated. Also didn’t realise there was no dryer at the property as it is usually a standard kitchen item and found it difficult/ timely to dry our clothes especially as it’s winter. Not sure what was in washing machine previous but all our clothes have fluff/ bullies on them. Please don’t read this as a complaint I am merely suggesting you to take in what I have said to enhance the stay of your future guests.

Lovely accommodation, great location, sea view. Nice places in broughty Ferry to eat, shout out to the Fishermans Tavern, great food and drink. Accommodation was lovely and clean on arrival. Thank you for some lovely memories.

We stayed the week of the 150th Open. Location was great - just a short drive to St. Andrews. We loved the Broughty Ferry area and all the great shops and restaurants within walking distance. Above and Beyond
A special thanks to Lynn and especially Graeme, who stayed up to meet us at the Villa well after 11.30pm due to flight cancellations at Heathrow.
Keys handed over personally and we were given a quick tour despite the late hour.
Villa is immaculate and we felt the need to immediately remove our shoes on entering the property!
Home has absolutely everything you need for a great vacation. Location is perfect for the many superb bars, restaurants and shops in the area. Great little harbour 2 minutes away which you can also enjoy from your balcony.
Would definitely recommend this pristine property.

2nd time staying here and it won’t be our last. Easy booking process and good communication from Lynn before arriving. This really is a home from home and perfect base for us when visiting family. The Villa
We have stayed here on three occasions, the accommodation is excellent. It is seconds away walking from the shops , restaurants and pubs. The beach is a couple of minutes walk away and the railway station the same. We love Broughty Ferry and hopefully will be staying in the Villa again in 2022.

Lovely stay in Broughty Ferry
We had a really enjoyable week in this property. It is ideally located being just a short walk to the sea front, the shops, bars and restaurants and the train station (much easier and cheaper then driving into Dundee and paying to park, if you’re feeling energetic you can also walk to Dundee along the sea front). Lynn met us on arrival and was very friendly and gave us some good tips for sightseeing.. The house was well equipped and the beds were comfortable so all in all we would recommend this property to any family wanting to explore this area of Scotland.

This is a well-appointed and superbly located apartment in the heart of Broughty Ferry, and in very close proximity to the excellent array of cafes, bars, and restaurants that this wonderful wee town has to offer. The apartment is also approximately 5 minutes walk from the lovely town beach. Dedicated parking at the apartment is also a very helpful bonus. It should be added that Dundee city centre is accessible in a (less than) 10 minute train ride from the Broughty Ferry station in the middle of the town.

Gorgeous property in perfect location
Just home from 4 night stay and we loved it. Plenty of room for us and our 3 children. Lynn & Graeme have put so much thought into it as anything you could ever need is right there right, especially with regards to the kitchen. Definitely the best place we have ever stayed. Perfect location with park and beach a short walk away, would recommend to all and will definitely use again when we return to see family. Thank you for such a lovely stay xx
