Exceptional

Nice apartment with a nice view. Comfortable and great facilities. Your only regret will be not booking for longer!

The apartment is in the fifth floor. There’s no lift. It’s was fine for me but I think it might be a problem for some people.

Fantastic hide-out for a long weekend in Zadar

Walking distance from old town of Zadar; view of the yacht harbor; air conditioning in living room and bed room very welcome during the hot days we stayed there. Nespresso machine in kitchen. Very responsive host.

Kitchen has only basic necessities (e.g. whisk missing), limited selection of pans.

Luxurious apartment in great location

Lovely modern spacious apartment. We loved our two nights at Vanni apartment and wished we had booked for longer. It's a short walk to the old town along the water, really great location. We could see old town while taking a shower and the apartment has a lovely balcony with great views. The host was great and let us check out a little late on our last day which was greatly appreciated.

Great Apartment with Balcony

Great, spacious apartment to stay in with a lovely balcony overlooking part of the Zadar marina (we had lovely weather when we stayed, so this was a huge plus!). The interior is also modern and very pleasant. You can park on the road outside, which is a little to chance, but we didn't have an issue!

N/A, the entrance to the building isn't the most appealing but this isn't a problem for us really

Great unit with beautiful views, apart from the 80 stairs

it was spacious and clean with a lovely outlook over the marina. Spacious, well equipped kitchen

You had to climb 80 stairs to reach the apartment on the 5th floor. This was not clearly noted in the property description. A real challenge for us as we are in our early 70’s

We loved our stay @ Vanni Apartment. Loved the interior & the view. The apartment was literally sparkling clean. Great location, short walk from the old town. Matija was super helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend & would love to return :)

Fantatic View, wonderfully appointed apartment

View is fantastic, nice balcony, completely refurbished, wonderful decor, full kitchen. Great bathroom & large shower. Everything First Class. Short(10-15 min) walk to Old Town or take short row boat ride($1-2, 5-7minutes- FUN) Would Definitely stay there again.

Nothing, well, 6 flights up, stairs, I'm 76 and it is very doable...but view well worth it

Very nice and spacious apartment with a superb view.

Very nice view from the apartment at the Marina especially during the Sunset. Accommodation is really very nice, spacious, fresh, toilette and bathroom are separated. Air conditioning is in living room and bedroom. I was able to park immediately in front of the house for free, which was also nice. For someone who likes to cook there is quite a big kitchen with lot of stuff, even with a coffee machine and ice in the freezer.

Keep in mind that there is no elevator so as its on 4th or 5th floor, but for young people no problem at all, the compensation is very nice view, which is only on this last floor.

Great View!

Bright and breezy apartment on top floor of building. Watch the sunset over the harbor from the balcony. Ten minute walk to old town. Grab the bikes and ride along the bike path to Tequila Sunrise Cafe - great views.

On street parking could be tricky at times, but It didn’t take away from my enjoyment of the property.

Vanni's apartment has one of the best views in Zadar and it is very close to everything.

I liked that the property comes with a bike, perfect to explore the city.

Pretty cool downtown apartment with a nice view.

Nice and clean, fancy interior, nice view, well equipped, close to downtown, free parking.

4th floor :)), climbing up every day few times pretty sporty. But if you are fine with some exercise, then you' ll will like it, the view from the balcony definitely worth ⁸it.

Great for city exploration

The view over the marina with the sunset is the best.

Nothing bad just bear in mind that the building doesn’t have a lift and the apt is on the top floor.

Great location - really close to the old town. The apartment is nice, equipped with everything needed during vacation stay and with amazing view of marina and sunsets. Host is really nice and helpful.

Nice and pleasant experiance in 1 night stay in Zadar

Very clean and tidy, feels like home, nice view from balcony, close to old part of town, if Ill travel to Zadar I will look for this apartment again ;)

Simply perfect

We enjoyed our stay in Vanni appartment so much! Everything was perfect. The appartment was clean, very cosy decorated, the bed was very comfortable, it had airconditioning in the living room ánd in the bedroom (which we didn’t have in all the other appartments we had been to). The kitchen was super equipped, had everything you needed. The terrace has a lovely view, especially in the evenings to watch the sunset. And the location is just perfect, just a 5 min walk to the bridge to go to the old town. The neighbourhood seems a bit desolate at first but actually it is a quite nice neighbourhood. Communication with the host was through whatsapp (self check-in) which went very smoothly. The price/quality is extremely good for this lovely appartment. We were so sad to leave, will definitely come back and recommend this to our friends and family!!

The only tiny negative thing are the 5 steps of stairs to carry your luggage all the way to the top, but really, it is not a big deal when comparing to all the positive things.
