Great host, good location, room was big and clean. We were able to check in at 7am in the morning and later we could leave our luggage at the reception. Breakfast which was complimentary sandwiches, muffins and fruits were also good. I highly recommend this place.

So much to like. I stayed for about 12 days. The location was excellent. Just back off the main roads, so it was quiet but very close to all attractions in the old town. Breakfast was self serve coffee/tea, fruit and various sweet treats. Basic but fresh, easily accessible and seemed to always be available through to mid afternoon. Wifi was outstanding, which was important to me. Staff lovely, as are all Thai people in the service industry. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

Location is good, middle of everything but still pretty quiet. The property and the rooms are in very good shape, clean and modern looking. Free coffee and snacks. Lots of good things!
Wifi was bad, not able to work remote. Pretty much insects inside the room, even though the room had pretty good insect poison smell :D No warm water in the shower. Balcony looked like prison sell. Basic things in Thailand but I hoped more for that money
