The two female staff members that helped me were Rose and Rin. They were both so friendly and helpful. They made my stay an amazing experience with their kind Thai smiles and warm-hearted service. I look forward to seeing them again during my next trip to Chiangmai.

Lots of mosquitoes flying around the hotel and we got bitten while sleeping .There was construction noise around the area but beyond the control of the hotel. Overall very kind staff and they are super helpful. Location was very convenient.

Our room would not lock or unlock so every time we left or returned staff would have to open or close our door
We were supposed to stay 2 nights but left after 1 night because of issues with the locks
