We were extremely happy with our stay. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, very clean, and well-equipped with everything you could need for a pleasant stay. We especially appreciated the amenities such as the iron, washing machine, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of hot water. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and made us feel right at home.
The location is also excellent, with a metro station nearby, making it very easy to get around. There is also a large supermarket within walking distance, which was extremely convenient.
A special thank you to our hosts for their kindness and hospitality. They kindly allowed us to check in earlier than the official check-in time, which was a great help and a very thoughtful gesture.
We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment. We would happily stay here again! ❤️

Appartamento molto bello e soprattutto in zona tranquilla, lontano dai rumori, vicino a supermarket, pizzerie e fermata di metro e autobus, eccezionale

Niente da dire sulla posizione , si sapeva alla prenotazione. Complimenti alle ragazze delle pulizie, le casa era perfettamente in ordine.
La voce al telefono! sono arrivata a Linate chiedendo i codici di accesso all'appartamento. E invece di dirmi in 5 secondi come fare , con estrema maleducazione mi è stato detto"guardi sulla chat" e ha messo giu. prendo il taxi e arrivati in via nicotera 3 lo richiamo. Ancora una volta mi viene detto di guardare sulla chat e seguire il link.
Io avevo problemi per accedere alla chat quindi ho dovuto far intervenire un mio collaboratore. Il link sulla chat in prima istanza non funzionava - terza telefonata nella quale mi viene detto che adesso non poteva parlare semmai di richiamare dopo 10 minuti!........e solo dopo un ulteriore richiesta scritta tramite l'extranet mi è stata inviata una mail con il link funzionante con i codici della key box. Sarebbero bastati 5 secondi di gentilezza al telefono invece che 60 minuti buttati in strada alle 22.00 in un quartiere di Milano vicino al Niguarda ... non in galleria in centro! quindi cara voce al telefono.... l'educazione , la gentilezza sono fondamentali quando fai l'host... e lo dico io che di mestiere sono host da 30 anni in sardegna ma grazie al cielo NON come te!
