We first visited about 25 years ago, and it was absolutely time for a return visit. Although we loved it first time, Serenity has simply improved leaps and bounds. The accommodation is faultless, staff fantastic, and food perfect. Hiking was great, and the ‘right amount’ of challenging. We’ll be back again next year..

The rooms were absolutely gorgeous, clean , the food was amazing 😻 thumbs up to the Chef 🧑🍳, view breathtaking and the little water falls all around so beautifully and the lake. The Host even though we didn’t meet in person so welcoming and very responsive, the staff so respectful and welcoming..
Mmm the road, the gravel was insane we had a small car Audi Sedan that place is for 4x4 period, it was hard for us to go up and down.

The location is a bit if a mission but we eventually figured it out, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and the 3 gentleman made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible (I unfortunately cannot recall their names) the food was excellent and very well prepared, we also went hiking and ii had a spa treatment (Swedish massage) after which was very much needed (but ii have to be honest, ii have had better) no shade🙃
I would definitely go back again, it was money very well spent for my birthday trip!
Nothing much - besides the beds being kinda hard and probably needs to be replaced as it was not very comfortable
