The location, just nearby the bus station from airport/train station and the main gate to the old town but in a calm area. The design of the hostel, the common areas and facilities (bar/cafe, outdoor terrace, laundry..). The staff went the extra mile and allowed us to do an early check in, and even for free. They also have a lovely dog.
As we were given an early check in for free, we didn’t complain as we really much appreciated the efforts and kindness. But the room available we got was with a big non-openable window overlooking the corridor and, most of all, with a huge leak in the bathroom (also without window) that had all the shower walls full of mould and horribly bad smelling (totally bad for health). A room like this should not exist at all in a hostel. This is the reason why I gave 7 instead of 10.

Very clean, good wifi, comfortable beds, quality showers, convenient location, walkable from bus stops on main road, free laundry, quiet at night.
I'd stay again.
