PROFESSIONALLY MANAGED Professionally managed means peace of mind during your stay. Front desk associates, housekeeping and maintenance staff are nearby should you need anything during your stay. It’s your vacation, we are here to ensure you enjoy it. RESORT AMENITIES AND INFO * indicates a seasonal amenity. 4ft heated pool*, toddler pool, basketball court*, tennis court, bocce ball court, shuffleboard, Sandcastle playground, putting green, paddle boarding and kayaking*, catch and release fishing. We enjoyed our stay at 4 seasons. We had 12 people for the week and it was plenty spacious. There were plenty of seating areas and we never felt crowded. The kids all enjoyed the space especially the outdoor green spaces in front of and behind the house. The adults enjoyed the outdoor fire pit every night. The neighborhood is quiet and people are friendly. The pool was a very convenient walk from the house. The beach was very clean and nice but a bit of a trek with all the beach supplies and kids. The house appeared clean however, just from walking across the floors our feet would be black! I think the floors could use a deep cleaning. Most of us just kept our shoes on the whole time. All of the furniture was nice, clean, and comfortable. The extra fridge and ice machine in the garage were a bonus. There was only one bedroom that had a tv which is fine, but if you want to watch something before going to bed you will want to bring your own tablets or laptop. The management company was very helpful with any questions or minimal issues we had during our stay.

7th time in Michigan City the house’s are big for the family of sisters daughters and daughter in law’s, niece we do crafts eat good food and lots of wine for some of them. Have been doing the Girls Trip from 2009 Hotels the first 2 years but the more that started to go we found Vrbo Renting a house is the best thing to do we lost one sister the 3 year and this year we decided to let the younger girls come next year so they can be with my older sisters before they forget people. Best thing to do is rent a Vrbo house

We have rented the 4 Seasons for the past 3 years, the house works well for our family with the bedrooms each having a bath. However the house has some issues: - the carpeting needs a deep cleaning. - the area rug in the kitchen needs to be thrown 's old, worn and filthy. - MAJOR issue is the kitchen oven. The door is broke and falls open. Two of our guests received burns trying to handle it. - while some of the loose bricks on the patio have been fixed, there are still a couple that need to be repaired.The house needs some cleaning and repairs.

We rented 04 Seasons:101 Thomas Blvd. for the week of July 10-17 2022. It was everything we wanted it to be ... our 2 sons and niece + their spouses and kids. Our 5 grandkids ages 5, 4, 3, 2 and 9 months enjoyed all their fun together in the pools, at the parks, riding their bikes (we brought them with us) and playing on the beaches...the beach by the pool and the Lake Michigan beach, which was a short walk from the house. The adults enjoyed it all too!! The fire pit out back was wonderful for making more memories and the enclosed porch provided a nice nightcap space for the adults once the kids were in bed. Each room had its own bathroom which worked well for all of us. There were a few minor maintenance issues that we made the staff aware of when we checked out. Mostly little TLC items that did not ruin our stay, but would have been nice if they are tended to for future renters. We will definitely be back. Thanks for the memories.

The best things about 04 Seasons are the number of bedrooms and the location. Our group of 8 adults and 3 young children were easily accommodated. The house is a short walk to everything in Beachwalk - the pool, the lake, the beach. It's also next to the park where a musician set up for live music our first night. On the downside, several maintenance and upkeep issues should be addressed. The house only has one tub, which had a sign on it saying "Please don't use, it leaks. Plumber has been called" It couldn't be repaired during our stay. Neither could the dishwasher, which also wasn't working. The bed in the downstairs bedroom was very shaky - luckily one of our guests had an allen wrench to tighten up all the screws so it wouldn't collapse. The sectional sofa in the family room wasn't very comfortable and very worn and dirty. The floors all could use a deep cleaning as well. Shouldn't get dirty feet from just walking barefooted on the floor. Finally, we would have liked to have had a dvd or blue ray player since one was listed as an "amenity." On the plus side, all the other appliances worked, the washer and dryer were great, and the kitchen was well equipped. The grill was fine, and the fire pit was great for making smores and relaxing. We were happy with the resort and would definitely come back. And we'd stay again in 04 Seasons if these maintenance issues are addressed.

Close to everything-lots of elbow room!
Six kiddos and six adults loved the layout of the house and all the amenities. From the fire pit and outdoor areas to bedrooms all with their own bathrooms-we had plenty of space. Of course, the pool, beach, kayaks and paddle boards were great to have.

Location was great in the complex and amenities in the house were nice. The bedroom to bathroom count was great. However, the house wasn’t in the best shape. The outside was overgrown with weeds having overtaken walkways, one of the doors wouldn’t lock, light bulbs were out, one of the decks was closed because it was unsafe, the roof above the porch leaked when it rained, and the floors were filthy to the point it turned my kids feet black every time they took off their shoes. Another point that we found strange was their was only one tv in the whole house.We had fun at this resort but this house needs some work to reach its potential.

The stay was great. The only problem was we didn't have hot water Friday into Saturday. I called maintenance Saturday morning and they were there within 5 minutes. Tiles were loose by the stair case going upstairs. Also the lock in the master bedroom closet wouldn't turn. Also I had to call on Sunday morning to find out what I had to before checking out. I wasn't told when I checked in.

Inch thick of dust on refrigerator and under beds, wife found two shirts between the mattress and headboard in Master bedroom, stains on pillow shams and bedspread. No logs in downstairs gas fireplace not to mention a broken gas line in downstairs fireplace. (Couldn't use of course.) Cigarette burns on tables, cheap very,very used furniture. We found the key code in a clear trash bag in the outside trash can left by the previous renter, wife and daughters didn't feel very safe after that. (They apparently don't change the key codes between renters!) I truly expected much better for the cost.

Our group consisted of six “mature” friends who were celebrating a significant birthday year. We chose Love Shines Here for its configuration of comfortable seating in the living room and screened porch areas. The home also accommodated us well relative to bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen and dining room was spacious and well equipped. We had some property maintenance challenges initially, and Beach Walker took care of them immediately. The maintenance crew even assisted in getting our luggage up to the second floor which was so appreciated. There was one that would have taken longer to address but did not affect us in any significant way. All in all would rent this beautiful property again.

This house worked out really well for our ladies’ retreat with a nice, big kitchen and a large gathering space in the family room. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a nice perk, too! Even though it was a chilly November weekend, walking along the beach of Lake Michigan was a hit with our group. We had a great weekend and would love to come back again next fall...maybe when it’s a little warmer though so we can take advantage of all the great outdoor spaces!

Four families with children gathered for a week of fun. The kitchen appliances and equipment were clean and of decent quality. The porches, living and family room flowed well and worked beautifully for tv watchers, puzzle workers and chefs. the bedrooms and baths were clean and it was great to have a bathroom for every bedroom. The exterior needs some scrape and paint work. The location was near the pool, fishing pier and, although we rented a golf cart, it really wasn't crucial. Beachwalk rental office was outstanding.

The Beachwalk community is very nice and a great place for young families. Our 1 year old and 4 year old enjoyed riding the golf cart and the children's pool I expected more of a beach front for the small lake but there's not much there so instead we spent our beach time on Lake Michigan which was easy to get to with the golf cart. The park was fun for my 4 year old but not much for my 1 year old with no baby swing or smaller slides. Regarding the house, it has loads of seating areas and outdoor space so several families can stay there comfortably. My only big complaint is the comfort of the beds. I stayed in the master bedroom (the room with a king size bed) and it was so hard that my neck and back were in pain the entire week. If they don't replace the mattress, I would strongly recommend bringing a foam egg carton to put on top of the mattress as I should've done after the first night. The other bedrooms felt about the same but the kids room had softer beds.

Excellent Weekend Getaway!
We had a great time at Four Seasons! Beautiful home with lots of space for our group of 8! It was well equipped, lots of porches which we loved spending time on while listening to the rain. We’ve been coming to Beachwalk for over 15 years & we always love trying new houses. They never disappoint.

We had a wonderful time. In general, several of us thought the house could have been cleaner and there were a lot of weeds that needed attention. There was a beer can up high in the fireplace (Rude previous guests did that for sure - ugh!) The small sunken floor area on the porch to the left of the fireplace had some bugs. There were a lot of stains on the furniture and on my pillow sham, etc. It seems like the place needed a good spring cleaning for the baseboards, etc. We appreciated the ice maker! The house was great and we all appreciated the en suite bathrooms. 10 am check out time is a little rough - would have appreciated 11 am as the standard time (We did not ask for a late check out though.)
