障害者のため、直前にバリアフリーのお部屋をご案内していただき広さもありとても快適に過ごせました。
レストランで障害者のため、予約席をご案内してくだり、食事中のプレートを置いたのですが料理を運んでいる時、テーブルに他の方の料理がありました。
テーブルには、目立つ予約席と置いて欲しかったです。

Die Lage und das Onsen sind gut, insbesondere das Aussenbecken.
Das Zimmer war in die Jahre gekommen, Abnützungsspuren waren überall sichtbar. Zudem verursachte die Haustechnik ein kontinuierlichen, sehr lauten Brummton.
Zudem war die Organisation eher ausbaufähig, bspw. musste man jeden Tag beim Restaurant anstehen, um sich erneut die Spielregeln anzuhören und einen Tisch zugewiesen zu bekommen.
Bei Eintagesgästen macht das Sinn, bei mehrtägigen Aufenthalten fängt es aber an zu nerven.
