10 / 10

Memorable stay, great location and food.

Everything was excellent. From the minute we checked in, the staff was really friendly. He explained how the accommodation works, then we had dinner. We cannot stress enough how good the dinner and breakfast were. Staff really go above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable, especially when travelling with a baby—they even asked if they could help wash the baby’s bottle. On the day we checked out, I wanted to head to a nearby store to buy some local products, and they offered to give us a ride. This is by far one of the best accommodations we've stayed in and left a really good impression. We highly recommend them, and we will definitely return if we visit Matsue again.
