Pozdrawiamy!
Wszystko nam się podobało, a najbardziej mega fajna obsługa!

A beautiful experience in the sand dunes. We chose the camel ride to camp and we did well. Our little guide took excellent care of us. Dinner and breakfast was excellent. The staff were very nice, they were lovely with our little Philip and made us feel very comfortable. In the evening we learned to drum. During the day we used the free sandboard and went on foot to visit a nearby oasis. We recommend it to everyone, there is nothing we didn't like, thank you
everything is okay

Todo en general muy bien. El paseo en dromedario hasta el campamento, la cena, el desayuno...
La habitación no tenía climatización y aunque la ropa de cama era ideal, pasamos algo de frío por la noche.

We had an amazing experience staying in Desert Heart Luxury Camp. Mustafa and Azis went above & beyond with their hosts. The Camp looked amazing, great food, and people very friendly. They helped us to organise our transport from Fes to Merzouga and from Merzouga to Marrakesh. They organised for us experiences like cemel rides, sandboarding and or extreme buggy ride at sand dunes. Also, during the first night I had a birthday. They surprised me with a birthday cake, Berber dance and music next to the fire.
Many thanks Mustafa & Azis!

Amazing experience in the desert. We let the staff know about out arrival time and they waited for us with a jeep in a parking. Then they brought us in the Desert Camp after 10 min driving on the desert dunes. They offered immediately a welcoming tea service with biscuits.
The room was so big! Beds comfortable and clean in room toilet.
The staff served a huge and satisfying dinner and entertained us with local music and dances. It was nice to be share these activities with other tourists from all over the world.

The tent was spacious and had every comfort. It was actually much better than many hotels we stayed in Morocco. The staff super friendly and nice. The dinner and the entertainment by the fire at night were also amazing

The camp is situated at the other end of the dessert (its smaller then you would think), next to many other camps. You don't notice the other camps once you are at your own camp.
The tent in which you stay is spacious, has electricity and its own bathroom with warm(ish) water. The bed is huge and very comfortable. Depending on the weather its peaceful quit or I'd its windy you hear the wind knocking on the tent.
The dinner is tastfull and traditional kitchen. Breakfast is equally good. The staff tries to accommodate you yo their best of their ability.
If you contact them Upfront you get a nearby parking spot and you can join a camelride to the camp (20 euro per person) or via jeep (free)
Looking back at the stay and ride to the camp we should have known better. There are many camps so you see a lot of other tourist on camelrides or buggy rides. So the desert is quite crowded. You get dropped at a high sand dune for a sunset. But with you all other tourist. By the looks of it they don't treat the camels very well. Wr should have known better then taking the camelride.

One of the best Dinners I had in my 8 days in Morroco... Great Chef!
Unfortunately, there were only 5 of us in the whole camp, and the other 2 people didn't participate in the group activities.

Beautiful and exotic desert camp run by super friendly staff. Joseph met us at Riad Tamlalt and drove us to the camp – it was a joyride bashing all the dunes. Moha took good care of us at the camp and served us delicious meals. The staff serenaded us with local music after dinner. We stayed for 2 nights in the family tent. The tent was spacious and clean, but the attached loo doesn't have a door.
The staff arranged for us a camel ride to watch the sunrise which was an excellent experience. We also went for a desert excursion for 4–5 hours, all set up by the staff. What touched me the most is that they remembered I was allergic to aubergines and they not only ensured my meals at the camp were aubergine-free but also made sure to pass on this information to the restaurant where we went for lunch during our desert excursion.
We expected such a well-rated property to be managed efficiently and organised very well, but we were a bit disappointed. While they do arrange camel rides, desert excursions and quad-biking, they didn't seem to have any structured system for any of it. The staff seemed lost and confused when we asked about the prices, timings and itinerary of these excursions, so the whole thing felt a bit dodgy. Would recommend the management to look into this.
Our biggest trouble was coping with the afternoon heat on day 2. We returned from our desert excursion around 2PM and had 5 hours to kill in the camp during the hottest time of the day. There are no fans in the tents, and the tents quite naturally get very hot and stuffy, so we were completely drained of all energy and felt a bit unwell. Pedestal fans in the tents could have helped a lot.
The wifi is almost nonexistent, but it's literally in the middle of the desert so it's a tall ask anyway.

What can we say? Amazing place, awesome stuff, fantastic dinner and breakfast.
Absolutely recommended for one night experience in the desert.

Extremely spacious tents, very nicely decorated.
The person who welcomed us, sort of our host, was extremely fake, loud, pushy, the opposite of what we prefer.
We were almost forced to join the 'music' and dance at night. Again, extremely forced and fake.
The meal was quite ok, but it would have been more reassuring if they had known that they had served me rabbit, rather than the chicken they said...

I propose this camp in Dessert of Merzouga. The stuff was very kindly and the facilities were perfect.

Food was excellent! Generous quantity (I loved the eggs cooked in the tajine for breakfast). Dinner was also very nice and generous (bread and olives, salad, couscous and tajine different every night). The tents were spacious, so was the bathroom and shower. All worked perfectly well. I have to say that Mohammed and his colleagues were exceptionally hospitable, helpful and friendly. My son (5 years old) was delighted as Mohammed made he feel very special. I can say that Desert Heart Luxury Camp felt like home away from home.

The Desert Heart Luxury Camp is in a spectacular setting which we reached after a camel ride and viewing the sun set on the Sahara. After an excellent dinner we sat around a camp fire listening to traditional Berber music and watching the night sky. Our tent was “GLT’s ping” at its finest.
Nothing; everything was great.

We booked Desert Heart Luxury Camp for our Moroccan desert experience because their tents were a bit more isolated, had fewer tents than the others, and many excellent reviews. Unfortunately, it did not live up to our expectations. The ride into the desert on the camels was fun and the sunset over the dunes amazing! It did take longer to get to this camp, however, so our arrival well past the normal dinner hour was a problem. The dinner, while edible, was tasteless and served lukewarm, as were the drinks. We were not told that alcohol wasn’t available so we did not think to bring our own. Fortunately, with much difficulty in communicating with non-English speaking staff, a bottle of red wine was found to help us relax after a long day driving from Fes and the lengthy camel trek. Thank you to the helpful staff! After dinner and also after 10 pm, the musical entertainment began, right beside our tent. The music quieted somewhat after 11, allowing us to sleep. We had planned (and paid for) a second night in order to enjoy the peace and quiet of the desert, but after being informed that there were no cold drinks or lunch available without taking one of their noisy, group excursions via vehicles, we chose to forfeit the night and move on to our next destination. It’s unfortunate that the information about the camp was not made clear to us at the time of booking and that there was no offer of a refund as a result of their misinformation. We would not recommend Desert Heart as a result.
Poor communication. No refrigeration for cold drinks. Pushed the tours. Not what we came for.

Wonderful two nights at desert heart camp. Mohammed was a wonderful host and his team were very accommodating and friendly – the room certainly exceeded our expectations and food was superb (we had the veggie options as well, which were very tasty)
Nothing at all about the camp, but be prepared it can be hard to escape the heat during the day - you would think it’s obvious being in the Sahara, but some other guests were complaining!

Booking this experience is definitely worth the money. The tent is amazing, it is clean, the bathroom is comfortable, the food was amazing and the show at the night was very entertaining. The sunset and sunrise were magical. We would highly recommend!

Amazing place, only in a dream or movie.
The tent was Hugo, so the king-size bed. The bathroom had separate areas for toilet, shower, and sink. The hot water shower was large enough for two people and had lots of pressure. Mind you, this is the middle of the Sahara desert.
The food was exceptional, and both dinner and breakfast were delicious and generous, the best we had in Morocco.
The service was also excellent. Mohammed and hus crew were do attentive that anticipated our wishes. No other 5-star hotel can serve you better.
A night campfire with music and dancing wad the cherry on top.
Loved it, loved it loved it.
Having to go home.

Loverly desert camp with very plush, comfy tents and excellent bedding. Staff was extremely nice and cooperative.
Internet connection was a bit unstable, propably no surprise in the desert.
Food was hit and miss, first evening delicious, second evening a bit boring and tasteless.

It was an amazing experience. The personnel really made us feel like home. The food was amazing and plenty. Although the room got pretty cold after we turned off the gas heaters, we slept like babies under the warm blankets.
There is nothing that we didn't like.
