Our family was impressed with the size of this house, allowing us all to have our own private space, including bedroom and bathroom! The outdoor area was exceptional, with a pond to visit right out the backdoor. On arrival, the hot tub was murky and we were disappointed that is was not safe to get in. After reaching VRBO, a technician was sent out promptly to fix the water, which was fantastic. Unfortunately, for the remainder of our stay, the water really never cleared and it smelled funny. No blame placed on VRBO or the hot tub guy....the hot tub is really old and quite dilapidated. The controls are not even readable. So, we didn't want to risk our health by using it. After a hard day of playing, we always look forward to using the hot tub in the evening, so this was a big disappointment for us. Other than this issue, we enjoyed our stay and had a blast! It sure was great having a Pool Table and Ping Pong Table! The a/c worked wonderfully, which was a bonus. We will consider staying again, only if that ancient Hot Tub is replaced! Thanks!

The home itself is beautiful, but it stops there! We had nothing but issues from the minute we arrive. Here is a list of problems we experienced: The blinds in one of the bedrooms and living room were broken. Behind the TV/entertainment was where they swept the living room dirt to, The toilet seat in the downstairs bathroom was broken off the toilet itself. The dishes were dirty and utensils had mold on them, pots and pans still had the last guests food stuck to them. The double ovens were both broken and not usable. The microwave was broken and replaced with a TINY one on the counter. The living room floor was not mopped, wiped with a paper towel it was completely black. There were no additional trash bags in the home. One of the bedroom TV's was broken. Shower curtains in 3 of the bathrooms were moldy. There was a Coors can left on the upstairs balcony table. In one of the downstairs bedrooms, there was a half smoked JOINT laying on the floor. We had repairmen in the house from 11-4:30 on our final day with a fix list. Kristy the Vacasa agent was horrible, blamed the TV and blinds on us as "User Error" and offered to refund the cleaning deposit. Nothing for the inconvenience caused by repairmen or the overall home condition. She even went so far as to accuse me attempting to extort her for more than the cleaning fee. For a home this expensive the level of service was unacceptable, Vacasa should be embarrassed! Stay elsewhere ...
