Nestled in Pissouri, this charming villa for $157 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Laneia villa is a new luxury, air conditioned villa set in extensive grounds with a private king size swimming pool. The villa has 4 bedrooms so can accommodate larger parties or smaller groups. Set in a large 750 sq m plot the villa offers many opportunities to relax and soak up the sun and the views while enjoying complete privacy. Three of the bedrooms walk out through patio doors straight on to the pool which covers the length of the veranda. With a huge sunshade to relax under you can watch the fun in the pool or there is an alternative veranda that runs down the side of the villa offering stunning views of 20 miles of coastline from Pissouri bay right across the Akrotiri peninsular. Walk down into the mature garden area to cook yourself a BBQ. If you like to relax indoors, you can enjoy a selection of films -sports etc courtesy of the Satellite TV & cool down with fans or air-conditioning in every room. CD & DVD players and three showers and three loos inside. Internet access. Pissouri is about 25 minutes from Paphos Airport. It is about 15 minutes from fantastic golf courses. The major cities of Paphos and Limassol are both about 25 minutes drive. On arrival there will be a welcome back - including a very welcome bottle of wine. Clean linen and towels are provided for your stay - do not forget your beach towels. Inside the villa will be information and local contacts should you need them. Recommended restaurants and beaches, supermarkets etc are all provided in the book. The villa is in an area called Pissouri Heights and in the heat of the summer it has a very welcoming cooling breeze. The village square is within walking distance with its many restaurants bars and tavernas. It is the only government preserved village square in Cyprus and is known for its wonderful friendly atmosphere. A five minute drive takes you to Pissouri beach area with more bars and tavernas and all water sports.

We were generally happy with our stay at Ian's home. Unfortunately, the larger bathroom was not (or not properly) cleaned. But since there was cleaning supplies there, it wasn't too bad. We were a bit surprised that no one came and looked at the house the entire time, something we had never seen before. Otherwise, the inside of the house is in very good condition; it appears to have just been freshly painted. There could be a bit of work to be done outside, but it's all just small things. We would rent the house again and felt comfortable in it. Thank you!

Had an amazing stay. We're met with bread, butter, milk, eggs and a bottle of wine on arrival which was a lovely touch. Villa a lovely size and the pool was amazing, perfect temperature for the time of year. Plenty of areas to sunbathe but equally lots of shade if you want it. 20 minute slow walk to the local square which had an excellent selection of restaurants and bars, only 1 shop which was a bit pricey but ok for us as we didn't need much, however the walk is downhill and therefore the walk back was uphill and fairly steep. Local taxi company was excellent and very reasonable. Villa clean and tidy and had everything you would need and there was air-conditioning in all the bedrooms. We we're visited daily by 3 beautiful kittens that were a great source of entertainment. In my opinion i believe the lounge needs air-conditioning as on the couple of evenings we sat indoors and watched a film it was extremely hot. There is a ceiling fan but this just circulated hot air. The water is dangerously hot so i believe there should be warning signs and if any food was dropped and not cleaned up properly or crisps were left without being well sealed the ants were a problem. However this did not spoil our stay in any way and would not hesitate to return.

Beautiful location, overlooking the Trodos mountains and the sea. Close enough to walk into the village only 15 minutes, where a few local tavernas and a supermarket are situated. A welcome pack was provided on arrival, which got us through the initial settling in. Villa is air conditioned in the bedrooms with ceiling fans throughout. The property was clean throughout, as was the pool area. Everyone enjoyed their stay, and gentlemen Jim was at hand to answer any questions. We wouldn't hesitate in booking the property again.

Villa laneia was perfect for our family of 4 Adults , 3 7 year old boys and a 1 year old. It was immaculately presented, with a welcome pack on arrival. We asked for a cot and high chair which were duly supplied. The pool was fantastic and well used by our busy family!! Wi Fi was excellent as was the TV. Ian was communicative and most helpful. We loved everything about our stay, and if we return to Cyprus, we would not hesitate to book this Villa again. Thanks from my whole family.

Great villa; love the neighbourhood cat (and her kittens); even though it was May we did do a bit of jumping in the pool. We did our usual 'explore the area during the day, eat lunch out, come home relax and eat dinner at home. Excellent location for exploring. And the manager of the local supermarket recommended some wonderful wines... which we drank with appreciation. All in all A+ holiday location.

We had the best week here, my daughter lives in Cyprus and we came to visit. The booking process was simple and the listing very accurate. If anything, the pictures do not do it justice. As a large family we had plenty of space and everything we needed. The village square was a perfect short work for shop and restaurants. Didn't want to leave !! Thank you Ian for sharing your villa.

Lovely clean and cool villa. Negotiating through the village at busy times a bit of a nightmare. Driving further away from the village takes you to the Trachonas trail if you like hiking.

Having a villa that ticks all the boxes takes your holiday to another level. the villa has everything you would want for a large gathering or family holiday. It is close enough to walk to most of what Pissouri has to offer and is an ideal springboard location to explore Cyprus. Cannot recommend highly enough

We had a lovely holiday in the Villa. It is well equipped and had everything we needed. Its a little way out of the village and takes about 20 minutes to walk in but we didn’t find that a problem. The pool is nice and there is a shower room outside (this is the third shower room advertised). Beds a bit on the hard side for us and we couldn’t manage to get the pool lights working. However we had a lovely holiday and would return again.

Everything you need in terms of kitchen contents etc. Great selection of TV channels if that’s your thing (we were there when the Queen died so was able to check in on that) Lovely big Veranda in the pool area as well as a toilet and shower room which was great

Good sized property with good amenities. Welcome pack excellent. Heating let it down as at present the radiators aren't working and there are 3 electric heaters, Ian had warned me about this! The heaters would be better as oil radiators because halogen heaters are bright if you need them in a childs room at night. Oven is missing a shelf, but we managed as Christmas dinner was at my daughters! This would be an amazing villa for a family in the Summer - great BBQ equipment and lovely pool.

This villa has everything you need for a comfortable stress free stay. I stayed with my partner and his son and spent most of our time in the pool. Plenty of shade and out door space. Lots of room inside and all mod cons for easily 8 people if staying. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Laneia villa. Ian responded quickly to emails and Mary, Jim and family easily contactable during stay. Would definitely stay again ;0)

We had a fantastic time in the villa, well stocked, the pictures definitely don't do it justice. Reasonable supermarket near by. The locals at lovely and all speak really good English. Would definitely recommend this to anyone.
