The staff was very nice, and the hotel itself is beautiful and peaceful. The face that it wasn’t crowded made it even better.

Our room had a bit of noise coming in from reversing golf carts, and also from food carts going in and out of the kitchen. The hotel also has a big affection to cats apparently, and they are in every open space… personally we didn’t really appreciate them all around us while we are eating.

The view was nice but the staff at the bottom restaurant were not so friendly. The guys with the golf carts were the nice staff and very helpful!

Some staff were very rude and the property is not wheelchair accessible even though it states it is.
