About this house rental
Located in Lake Placid, this attractive house for $253 per night is a great option for your next trip. WALK to Main Street in 12-15 minutes! Whiteface Mt. Ski Resort is only a 15 minute drive away! Enjoy the gas fireplace and beautiful cherry hardwood floors on the main floor, with granite counter tops, and new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. There's a master king BR and queen BR on the upper floor with a newly renovated full bath. The spacious, lower floor bedroom boasts full and twin beds. The lower floor also includes a full bath and den with a treadmill . The kitchen comes fully equipped for fabulous meal making. Wonderful mattresses ensure a comfortable sleep after a great adventure in the Lake Placid area. There are 2 TVs with Roku, WiFi, and a soundbar for your media entertainment. Whether you are spending adventurous days away or taking a day's rest indoors or on the deck, you'll find our town home provides wonderful comfort and convenience. We have booked with VRBO ourselves over the years, and feel we offer the amenities you too are looking for during your Lake Placid stay. Please note that our unit is part of a close-knit townhome community with enforced quiet hours. Parking for automobiles only(2 spots). RVs, boats and trailer parking are not allowed within the community's parking lots. STR-200370

Our family usually stays in hotels when we travel for hockey weekends but we decided to do it a little differently this time and stay with another hockey family in a house. The hospitality and amenities of the condo were perfect for 2 families! The lower level bedroom with 3 beds was perfect for the 3 hockey players where they had their own space and the 3rd floor was perfect for the adults for each family to have their own room. The location is ideal with a quick 2 minute drive into Main Street in Lake Placid. I would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again!!!

Very clean and comfortable, tons of sleeping space, and stocked to the max in both the kitchen and bathrooms. Location is great, right at the beginning of ‘downtown’. Host is quick to respond and very helpful.

This place was perfect for our family. We loved being so close to Main Street and in a nice neighborhood for the kids to play outside in. Everything was very comfortable and well appointed - we appreciated all the details, clear labels and good quality appliances.

This is our second time staying at the property. It’s very close to town which is convenient for going back and forth with the kids. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep and have their own space but nice to be able to all gather in the living room at night and share meals in the kitchen/dining area in the morning. Comfortable beds and the host was very responsive when I texted with a question. We already booked again for next year.

This property exceeded our expectations! The listing drew us in and it did not disappoint. The hosts, Meg and Steve, thought of every detail, from discreet instructions and helpful hints throughout the house, lots of linens and towels, comfortable beds, and fully functional kitchen. The location is great, near all major attractions and was very clean. We'd love to come back next summer!

A perfect getaway!
My family stayed here for a short trip to Lake Placid and it was perfect. Everything was immaculately clean! Meg was very responsive when we had questions. The distance from the Main Street shopping area was about a 5 minute drive, which made it easy if we needed to go back to the house at all. I highly recommend and we would definitely stay again!
