Situated in Castelsardo, this charming villa for $134 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This modern villa has been created from two historic buildings and has been developed into a beautiful 3 bedroom villa, with a spacious sun terrace and access to a courtyard garden. Located in the picturesque, medieval town of Castelsardo, the villa is superbly located just a short walk to many restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and some wonderful sandy beaches. The newly renovated villa boasts luxury, contemporary design and remains cool during the hot weather. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom (can be made in to a double if requested). There are 2 bright and airy bathrooms, one is an en-suite to the main bedroom and a family bathroom on the second floor, both with showers and luxury fittings. There is a utility room on the ground floor with a washing machine. The private balcony, a perfect place to sunbathe and relax, is accessed from both bedrooms on the second floor. From the living/kitchen area, double doors lead to a large private terrace with an outdoor dining area, which is partly shaded, a perfect space for enjoying meal times and relaxing. The fully-fitted modern kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, gas hob, oven, coffee machine and toaster. The living area has a TV for relaxing nights in. The apartment has been beautifully renovated with high-vaulted wooden ceilings, luxury décor and has been designed with comfort in mind.

Vi manglede en have parasol og vi havde problemer med at finde ud af affaldssystemet. Vi kunne ikke få det til at passe med de anvisninger der var.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Castelsardo. The property was as described, excellently located. The only thing I thought it lacked, was somewhere to hang clothing. Parking was tight & our neighbours thought they could tell us where we couldn’t park!!! Overall a lovely break in nice accommodation in a nice town

The property is very nice and in a nice location. However, it was difficult to park car and also property did not have enough in it in my opinion. We didn't have duvets at all and got very cold at nights. Also, not enough glasses etc. Quite overlooked by neighbours. Overall, it is a nice place to stay.

Sehr gepflegtes Appartement mitten im Sardischen Leben

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt, die Wohnung war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Durch die Lage mitten in Castelsardo hat man einen super Anschluss an Leben und Leute der kleinen Stadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie die Altstadt und der Strand sind alle ohne weiteres zu Fuß zu erreichen. Nur mit den vielen Bergen muss man sich anfreunden. :) Die Ausstattung war weitestgehend gut, Spül-, und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. Wir hätten uns nur ein paar mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten und Sitzkissen für die Gartenmöbel gewünscht. Des weiteren ist die Parksituation nicht die Beste. Das Haus hat keine eigenen Stellplätze und die Straßen rund herum sind sehr eng. Ansonsten waren wir überglücklich. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern funktioniert ausgezeichnet, bei Fragen und Problemen wird einem sehr schnell geholfen.

Die Unterkunft war insgesamt sehr schön. Nett eingerichtet, neue, schöne Bäder mit ausreichend Platz. Die Zimmeraufteilung war super für uns (2 Zimmer oben mit Bad, ein Zimmer unten mit Bad). Die Ausstattung der Küche war ok, aber ein paar Sachen wie große Salatschüssel/Besteck, bessere Messer etc fehlen. Sonst war die Ausstattung ganz gut. Leider ist kein Parkplatz vorhanden, so dass man weit laufen muss. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral, was natürlich nett ist, aber mit dem Auto nicht ideal, da sehr enge Gassen und wenig Parkmöglichkeiten. Außerdem war es abends oft sehr laut durch Musikveranstaltungen in der Stadt. Das lag wahrscheinlich auch an der Hauptsaison, aber war zeitweise einfach nervig. Castelsardo ist ein süßes Städtchen mit Altstadt und Burg und wir können auch den Strand Marino di Sorsa empfehlen. Der war toll! Insgesamt schön mit kleinen Verbesserungspotentialen. Zum Flughafen Olbia sollte man zwei Stunden einplanen, da es über einige Berge geht.

Très agréable location dans cette maison au pied du beau village de Castelsardo. Prévue pour 6 personnes, la maison est fraîchement rénovée et bien équipée, très propre. La literie est confortable et la propriétaire a eu la gentillesse de nous fournir des couvertures pour nous protéger des nuits fraiches d'avril. La cour est grande et permet aux enfants de jouer dehors. Nous avions 2 voitures que nous avons pu garer sans problème dans la rue. Le coeur du village est à 5 mn avec restaurants, supermarché et tout le nécessaire. Les plages de castelsardo sont proches mais un peu sales. Nous avons préféré des plages plus éloignées. A recommander.

Very nice and stylish apartment freshly renovated

Very nice and stylish apartment, clean, freshly renovated. It is located near the center with a lot of restaurants, bars and shops, everything in walking distance. Small grocer's shops and a larger supermarket are nearby. We strongly recommend the beach of Marina di Sorso, it is 20 min by car but and beautiful and endless beach. We had a great holiday.

I thought that the location was great.

The property is a beautiful original villa with wonderful facilities large courtyard and sun terrace and just five minutes walk from the beach. My 10 year old so and I enjoyed every moment of our stay. The owners were very friendly and helpful, couldn't do enough to ensure that your stay was comfortable. Definitely go back again next year.
