Nestled in Pissouri, this lovely villa for $107 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Villa Leda-Soli sits at the top of the beautiful, preserved village of Pissouri, one of the most attractive and friendly villages in Cyprus. Just a 10 minute walk away from the village square with it's restaurants, shops and tavernas which host traditional "Cyprus nights". Pissouri beach is 3 km away with more bars and tavernas as well as a great selection of water sports. The villa offers truly unique views which you can enjoy with your brandy sours from the back veranda or while simply lazing by the brand new 8x4m pool. The situation and design of the villa means you enjoy total privacy. The villa sleeps 4 but cots may be added for infants and all the rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. The twin bedroom has ensuite and there is a further shower and wc in the bathroom next to the double bedroom.A safe is provided for your valuables.The villa now has Wi-Fi

If you want a special retreat in the Cyprus sun then look no further than this lovely 1-storey detached villa with a FAB swimming pool. A short car ride and you have the local supermarket that is very well stocked with great provisions. Our holiday rule is to eat out each night and we enjoyed our evenings in some excellent local tavernas. Be ready on an evening with a glass of whatever you fancy to view the sunset from the villa's balcony, it is amazing. Thank you Ian, Jimmy & Mary for working in the background and making our holiday so great.

Clean villa, great outdoors with a beautiful swimming pool. The villa is bell equipped with everything needed. Huge amount of TV channels and movies on the smart TV. The WI FI was working with no problems. There is a good amount of books if anybody (like me) is interested. Very private and tranquil place. The veiw from the villa is spectacular at any time. We had great holiday and recommend the villa to everyone who likes a relaxing holiday in a friendly, sunny place with unforgettable views. The Pissoury village offers a good choice of restaurants and entertainment.

We found the villa with ease with the instructions provided even after arriving at 23.00, the villa was lovely, clean and most importantly, to us very private. The weather was lovely as you would expect from Cyprus. It was a bit chilly in the mornings but the electric heaters soon sorted that out. The view to wake up to was outstanding and the sunset was just the same. This was a great find, we had a fantastic time and can’t wait to return.

Arrived 10.30pm to a welcome pack that was very appreciated. Woke up to the most stunning views with a delightful breeze. On the whole the villa was very well equipped, but could have better information pack.. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely place. All that you need. Very quiet, if you want peace and no noise. Owners are very good to deal with. I always stay in this area. I know exactly what I am getting. Would stay here again without a doubt.

We stayed for two lovely weeks, the villa is located approx 15 mins walk from the local village, which we visited often to eat out, our favorite was The Hideaway. I would recommend a car as its a great base to travel around the island and the large supermarket which we used regularly is a 5 min drive. The Villa itself was great, the outside area with its view definitely has the wow factor and the pool kept our two children happy most days. Due to its location you will get a breeze coming up the valley and you need to make sure you get the factor 30 out or in my case factor 50!!! I noted in the visitors book, comments were made on the Villa looking dated and in need of upgrading. Valid comments if it was advertised as 5* Luxurious and you were paying double the advertised rate. My simple answer to this is that we would recommend to all our family and friends and hope to be back in the near future.

This villa is amazing, we stayed last year and I tried to book it again this year but it was already booked, so Ian offered us his other villa in pissouri and we stayed there this month, both villas are wonderful, Leda soli has the most amazing views and is not overlooked, the villa is spotless and has everything you need, the outdoor space is wonderful, watching the sunset was magical, I loved the pool, set in a quiet area, ideal for relaxing. Already booked with Ian again for next year, I would recommend either of his villas, he answers emails very quickly any problems whilst on holiday he has two lovely people that check on you and deal with queries

Just returned from a wonderful 10 day stay at Villa Leda Soli. The villa has absolutely everything you need, is clean and well maintained and the pool is fab. Myself, hubby and 19 year old son have enjoyed our stay immensely. Great location, the views are amazing, really private and relaxing. Nice stroll down to the village and a great base for exploring Cyprus. We have had a fabulous holiday and would highly recommend this villa.

Just got back from here yesterday. OMG this place is beautiful. The views are stunning. We spent every night watching the sunset overlooking the mountains and the sea from our balcony. Very private so no-one overlooking your bathing. Nice and quiet so if you are looking for noisy nightclubs then forget it. The village is lovely with good restaurants too. 10 mins drive to pissouri beach. The villa had everything needed for a good stay. You do need a car if you want to venture out. Pool guy comes once a week and will not enter the pool area without knocking and waiting for a reply. Gave me chance to cover up!!!!! Supermarket has a massive range of goods if you want to stay in and cook. Fantastic stay and we definately want to return soon.

th we knew what delights the village heldis lovely villa was the most perfect spot for my husband and myself.As we had visited Pissouri before we knew what delights the village held, but the location of this renovared village house has been done to a high standard. everything was as described,the local agents were on hand if needed, and the welcome pack was well most welcome. We would highly recommend Leda-soli to any of our friends as the perfect spot,but we don't want to as we want to keep this secluded spot to ourselves. the only disadvantage would be if you have young children and they enjoy t.v.,the programme range is very limited and sometimes non-existent,but we don't go on holiday to watch tv Ian and Elaine you have found this perfect spot on Cyprus . Thank you for letting us share it . We'll be back
