About this condo rental
Located in Ocean City, this charming condo for $259 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This unit features two large private balconies to enjoy - an ocean front with beach views and a bay front with stunning 16th floor views of the open bay, Ocean City skyline, amazing sunset and private beach storage. It s one of few properties in Ocean City offering both stunning views of the ocean and bay from one unit. Inside the private beach storage will be complimentary beach chairs and umbrella provided for your convenience while you are enjoying the beach that is just steps away from the condo building. The unit has a spacious master bedroom located in the rear of the condo with a queen bed, closet, writing desk and a new smart TV. The den has been re-designed as a bedroom with a closet, accordion door shut-off and a separate door access. This den also has a new twin over full bunk bed that can accommodate up to three persons comfortably and a wall mounted TV. From this den,, when the accordion door is opened, you can view the ocean and hear the waves crash against the shore. The tastefully decorated den with carefully selected lighting makes the room extra cozy and provides flexibility for privacy with the accordion door either opened or closed. For additional sleeping options, the sofa in the living room is a sleeper sofa that provides sleeping for at least two persons. The living area is open floor plan with living room, dining and kitchen all positioned for maximum views of the ocean. The kitchen is newly renovated with stainless steel appliances, ceramic tile backsplash, granite counter tops, tile flooring, dishwasher and stocked with amenities to make you feel at home. While you prepare your meals, never miss a moment of the fun and laughter in the living room, be part of the conversation as you savor magnificent views of the ocean and the crashing of the ocean waves against the shore. When its time to eat, there is enough room for everyone at the table as you enjoy family time all seated in one place while enjoying stunning views of the ocean as well as the sounds of the crashing waves. After dinner or anytime you choose, go to the treasure chest and pick a game of your choice for the family to play whether inside the living room or on the spacious oceanfront balcony with seating available for everyone. Never miss out on your favorite TV programs as you enjoy complimentary basic cable in the comfortable living room or if you choose in the den or master bedroom. Access to free WIFI is also available. The recently renovated bathroom features porcelain tiles with marble mosaic inlay and a new bath tub, new flooring and quartz vanity top. The condo also has new washer/dryer in a conveniently located laundry area, centrally located in the condo. No need to leave the unit when you need to do any form of laundry whether small or large, the large washer and dryer will easily take care of all your laundry needs. The property has secured access with onsite security, outdoor pool, barbecue area and sundeck, tennis court and minutes to the beach. It is located close to all the attractions of Ocean City with easy access to the Boardwalk and Fenwick Island, Delaware. There are myriad restaurants, grocery stores and shopping surrounding the property as well as attractions within walking distance. Note that the property does not allow group rentals to persons under the age of 23.

My wife and I loved our stay in this lovely oceanfront condo. As everyone one else states, the views from the unit are outstanding from both the ocean and bay balconies. We loved waking up and seeing the ocean in morning. The condo is within easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants, grocery store, ice cream, etc.. We rarely needed to move the car. The updated bath, kitchen, and appliances were a bonus. Andre checked in to make sure we were all set, and was so helpful with questions. Hope to stay here again. Thank you !!

The condo was lovely and well-maintained and the location can’t be beat, with a beautiful view of the ocean. Be sure to bring cash for the parking — and enjoy your stay. We’re planning on returning to this location.

Check-in was easy and the security guard (I believe his name is Robert) was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about the property and helped us multiple times throughout our stay. The proximity to the beach was amazing and the pool was great. It was very helpful to be so close to the beach with a toddler. The beach chairs and umbrella was very helpful to have an well, and really helped us to stay longer on the beach. The property was very clean and had everything that we needed. The views were amazing and it was very quiet and family friendly. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Andre and Robert for a great experience!

Our family absolutely loved our stay in this unit! As everyone one else states, the views from the unit are beautiful (both ocean and bay). Loved waking up and seeing the ocean in morning! This property is perfect for a family. Easy beach access, lovely pool and amazing view of the ocean and the bay. The building feels safe and the condo was clean. The owner was a lovely communicator and thanked us for staying. We highly recommend!

We’ve stayed in OC many times. Our experience at this condo was great! We didn’t meet the owner, but his communication was excellent. Emailed us all the info we needed. Check in was seamless. Robert helped us and he was very accommodating. Loved having the 2 balconies! Kept our beach stuff on the bayside balcony so we didn’t have to bring it into the condo. That was a plus! Loved hanging out on the Oceanside balcony. We truly enjoyed our stay. Can’t wait to go back! Thank you, Andre!

Clean with a great kitchen. Amazing view of the bay and ocean. Saw at least 20 dolphins very close to shore from Oceanside balcony. Within walking distance to many places- and just a short drive to the boardwalk. Highly recommend.

The location is just a few minutes from the Delaware border, so not near the convention center etc. That is a personal preference of course, but it was exactly where we wanted to be. The pool was also lovely; spacious and clean. We really enjoyed our vacation at AnnaBrie, and the next time we plan to stay in OC, we will return to AnnaBrie. Perfect family beach stay.
This rental worked perfectly for our family of 4. Communication and check-in was seamless. The location is great and the view from the room can't be beat. The owners have a nice variety of beach chairs, boogie boards, and an umbrella which was unexpected but really helpful. Would highly recommend staying here!

Great Value, Great Location, and Great Amenities
The property is updated, clean, and one of the few occasions where the pictures don't do the property justice. The owners where easy to communicate with and helpful with the questions. Including beach supplies, kids toys, and other beach related items; just makes it an even better value. The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking utensils you need. The condo's washer and drier our convenient and efficient. The condo layout utilizes rooms in a way to maximize sleeping. We were only a party of three, but could do 7 comfortably. The view is spectacular and the location in the northern part of Ocean City make it family friendly.

Amazing Annabrie experience
We absolutely loved our stay at this Vrbo. It was in a great location to walk to delicious restaurants, shops, groceries, coffee and take out locations. The condo itself was perfect for our family of 6!! Having a balcony view of the ocean and a bonus balcony view of the bay and strip was a awesome!! Also a quick drive to the boardwalk! We will certainly be back.

The condo complex is in a family-friendly part of Ocean City, but close enough to the boardwalk and other amenities for a quick trip by car. The staff were smiling and cheerful, which makes requests feel easier and boosts everyone’s comfort level.
I would use the space again without hesitation.
