Located in Florence, this lovely condo for $185 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Elegant and bright recently renovated apartment on the 2nd floor (withouth elevator). The apartment consists of two very large bedrooms, a big bathroom with shower and bathtub, another small bathroom in the double room, kitchen equipped with every accessory, lounge with double sofa bed. It is located in an excellent position as it is a stone's throw from the bus and tram stops that take you to the historic center of the city in a few minutes. The apartment is also located near the Cascine Park and the VISARNO ARENA which in summer hosts important events and concerts such as the Firenze Rocks. It is also a convenient starting point for excursions in Chianti and trips outside the city to the most important tourist destinations in Tuscany (such as Pisa, Versilia, Livorno, etc.) as it is close to the Florence-Pisa-Livorno highway and the entrances to the A1-A11 motorways. Nearby there are grocery stores, markets, bars, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, ATMs, hairdressers, laundry, post office, shops and shops, and every type of service that will make your stay even more pleasant. In front of the apartment is the large park "Giardino di Villa Strozzi" ideal for walks, for children, and where numerous events take place in the summer (concerts, open-air theater, etc.). The apartment accommodates up to six people, in addition to the possibility of adding a cot for a child on request. High chair for children also available. Cleaning fee: € 60,00. Air conditioning only in the master bedroom and on request: € 5,00 per day (other room have fans). Use of washing machine and Wi-Fi included in the price. The price includes bathroom, bed and kitchen linen. The indicated price is to be intended for the entire apartment for 4 guests; a supplement of € 10,00 per person is required from the fifth guest. Upon check in a security deposit of € 150.00 is required which will be returned upon check out except for any damage. Check in: from 15:00 to 19:30. Late check-in (after 19:30) a supplement of € 30.00 is required. Last check in at 21:30. Confirmation of arrival time by email is required three days before arrival; in case of travel problems contact the owner by whatsApp at least one hour before the scheduled arrival time. Check out by 10:00. ONLY GUESTS OVER THE AGE OR MINORS ARE ALLOWED TOGETHER WITH PARENTS

We had a great visit to Florence as part of three weeks in Europe. The apartment was great, with easy access into Florence by tram. A nearby coffee shop was a regular breakfast spot and a restaurant not far away was great for dinners. Pizza is so good in Italy. Only one bedroom was air conditioned, but fans in the other rooms kept the record heat in June, 2023 bearable. The apartment has everything required and our hosts were friendly and helpful.

We loved the apartment, very spacious and immaculate. Further from local attractions than we thought. As we came from a long travel it would have been appreciated to have a cold drink of biscuit waiting . That has been our pleasure in the past. Thanks for having us stay

We were really happy with the location and the size of the apartment. Huge bedrooms, lots of clothing storage, nice little kitchen and nice bathrooms. Shower is very small but a big bathtub. Was nice to have a washing machine. Line dry on the small patio. Good fast internet. Would be nice the the tv was a smart tv so we could watch stuff on Netflix etc. Also, since North Americans can be stupid on the how-to it would have been nice to have instructions written down about the trash/recycling and how to separate things. All in all we were really happy with our stay.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. It is not in the center of town, so you have to travel by tram or taxi. The hosts were incredibly communicative and helpful! We would stay again :)

casa grande, pulitissima, ottima scelta per famiglia con 4 figli. proprietaria molto gentile e accogliente, ho apprezzato moltissimo anche il fatto che ci fossero sapone, detersivo, sale, olio, scottex etc.. insomma tutte quelle piccole cose non obbligatorie ma che permettono di evitare acquisti scomodi quando si è in giro per pochi giorni. Il quartiere è tranquillo e gradevole, l'unico neo è che non essendo vicinissimo al centro servono i mezzi e con bambini piccoli a volte è più faticoso. rapporto qualità prezzo comunque ottimo. sicuramente consigliato a chi va a Firenze in macchina e vuole poi spostarsi per giri nei dintorni.

A lovely place to stay in Florence

Chiara welcomed us on arrival, showed us where to park (on a nearby street) and introduced us to the necessary amenities such as buses, shops and places to go. The apartment itself was very comfortable, full of beautiful paintings and was well stocked with basic things. Lift did not work which meant that we had to lug our luggage up two flights of stairs. Kitchen utensils such at graters, potato peelers and sharp knives were scarce and would have made things easier. Also busy street noise meant we could not keep our windows open at night and noise from overhead neighbours stomping about made sleeping difficult. Apart from this, we had a wonderful time here. It was easy to catch trams/ buses, was well located and close to the beautiful city of Florence.

Abbiamo soggiornato 5 giorni, 2 coppie e una bambina. Appartamento molto spazioso, comodo e ben arredato. Ottimo per chi vuole visitare Firenze e dintorni. Parcheggi auto davanti casa e la fermata autobus a circa 200 m che in circa 10 min ti porta in centro. Bar, panetteria e supermercato nelle vicinanze e ben raggiungibili a piedi. La Signora Chiara gentile e disponibile. Se dovessimo tornare, riprenderemmo lo stesso alloggio.

Logement spacieux, agréable ; cependant accueil sans convivialité aucune bouteille d'eau dans le réfrigérateur, (cela aurait été apprécier après un long voyage en voiture et par 34°), aucune documentation sur la ville, la région (plans, adresses sympa du propriétaire sur quelques restos conseillés...), puisque le logement est excentré un petit explicatif du fonctionnement des bus ainsi que le détail des lignes et des arrêts auraient été très intéressants pour nous. Bons souvenirs d'Italie.
