The hotel is perfectly located in a prime tourist area with everything you need right at your doorstep. It’s incredibly convenient and just a short walk from the MTR station. The staff were wonderful—always friendly and greeted us with a warm smile every time we met.
The room was spotless. I was initially worried about the noise since the hotel is on a busy street in a lively neighborhood, but the soundproofing was actually quite impressive. We did have one night where the neighbors were a bit loud, but since it was very late, we didn't notify the staff. Overall, I am very impressed with the property and would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Hong Kong.
I have no complaints about the hotel at all. Just a small heads-up for future guests: if you plan on renting a car, I recommend double-checking the parking situation with the hotel, as the central location suggests parking might not be available. Also, please note that there was a fee for luggage storage after check-out during my stay. Policies may change, so it's best to verify these details with the hotel directly before your visit.
