Situated in Capistrano Beach, this attractive condo for $250 per night is a great option for your next vacation. This beautiful three bedroom furnished vacation rental in San Clemente is the perfect home away from home. It has a peaceful relaxing decor and a beautiful view overlooking a short game pitch-and-putt golf course with the ocean in sight. You will find relaxation comes easy in this condo. On the upper level, you will find the living room, kitchen, dining area and 1/2 bathroom. The living room features a flat screen TV and a stone fireplace. Adjacent to the living room is dining space for 4 as well as additional seating at the kitchen island. Also attached to the living room is a spacious deck with plenty of comfortable seating and an outdoor BBQ . Enjoy your morning coffee while savoring the ocean breezes. or watch the sunset from the comfort of your own vacation space. All of the bedrooms are on the lower level, where you will also find two patios that provide space for more outdoor dining , as well as access to the golf course and swimming pool. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, private bathroom, and TV. The second bedroom also features a queen size bed and a desk while the third bedroom doubles as an office with a built in desk, bookcase, and TV with a trundle bed. Downstairs, there is also another full bathroom with tub/shower combo. There is a two car garage with a washer and dryer as well. It also comes with 4 beach chairs, two boogie boards, beach towels, beach umbrella and cooler for your beach enjoyment. This property has ceiling fans and a nice ocean breeze for cooling. It does not have air conditioning. It also features two community pools, a basketball area and plenty of shopping with a Trader Joes, Starbucks, Nektar Juice and Ralphs across within walking distance. There are several local beaches in San Clemente as well as the Dana Point Harbor located only 5-10 minutes away. Whether you venture out or stay at home, you are sure to have a delightful stay in San Clemente.

Don’t miss this rare find! It was absolutely perfect for our family. Condos clean and adorable. There’s nothing this owner missed. She has a special touch for decorating a home that feels warm and relaxing. Every bedroom was located on the lower level which allows for privacy away from the kitchen and living room. Sitting on the quiet patio that over looks a golf course and ocean in the distance was our favorite thing to do after a fun day in the sun at the beach. Location was great as well. Close to Trader Joe’s and several other stores including the SC Outlets. San Clemente is the perfect quiet beach city. Just enough crowds but not overwhelming like Huntington Beach. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Loved looking out onto the golf green area and ocean. Very comfortable and has a two car garage. Great location close to beaches and shopping and restaurants.

This just could not get any better. We had a wonderful time everything was there and it’s just the finest vacation house we have rented. The location was fabulous. The Interior was stunning and comfortable and the host were great to work with. We will definitely return.

Great, homey getaway to experience beautiful San Clemente. Shopping Center down the street has everything you need too. Can see the ocean from the balcony and is situated right on a small golf course. Very relaxing.

Close to local shops and restaurants. Good for kids with communal pool and pitch and put course on the door step. Well equipped condo for family of 4 - air con installed just before we arrived was good if a little noisy. Plenty of beach kit in garage. Some furniture and kitchen a little dated but nothing to worry about - A fab spot for short or long stays -

Our family enjoyed spending a month here to escape the summer heat. The home is walkable to lots of restaurants and shopping. Our 1 and 3 year old daughters loved playing on the patio and the grass outside the home. The community pool was also close by and nice to use. We were very grateful that the home was recently outfitted with air conditioning as we had a few very hot days on our trip.

This wasn’t a vacation rental, it was a high end executive accommodation. It had everything we could have wanted including Le Creuset cookware! I don’t even have Le Creuset at home! The condo was decorated with the owners own beautiful paintings. There was cable tv! There were 3 lovely patios for sunning and the beds were so comfortable we slept in every day. There was a bbq that we used almost every night and when we ran out of gas there was a full bottle in the garage. The owner keeps this place stocked. The pool is actually heated! Not “California” heated, but warm enough for my 3 year old to swim for hours and not come out with blue lips. The association had a Cinqo de Mayo party at the Hall and they put on a great party. There was lots of tacos, margaritas, door prizes and a piñata for the kids. It was a great 3 week vacation. Also, your Ford F-150 crew cab, regular box will fit into the garage, just angle it a little.
