Sleeping arrangements include one full in the master bedroom and 2 sets of bunk beds with a full on the lower bunk. This home is located in the center of Ludington and the S.S. Badger car ferry. Love the location. We walked everywhere! The house was very clean and had the basics. The backyard is great for hanging out when you're not in town or on the beach.

The house was perfect for my family with 2 young children. Great location near the beach and downtown, the back yard was ideal for the little ones to run off their energy. House is exactly what we needed for a beach getaway. Kitchen was surprisingly well appointed and made getting dinner on the table a breeze.

This property was perfect for our family of 5, but could have comfortably held a couple more people. Management was very responsive, extremely easy to work with and very nice/friendly. The location was close to the beach and just a little bit of a walk to all the restaurants and shops.

Great location, everything was clean, ran into zero problems and was very happy. Some minor quibbles: had to battle ants a bit, need some hooks on the wall for bath towels, open shelving for food/general storage would've been really helpful, and the door to the back porch was stuck shut. The beds weren't the greatest which was exacerbated by the sloped floors in the middle bedroom (head of the bed was facing downslope).

This house was perfect for our family getaway. We were traveling with my brother and his two kids and the house accommodated our group of 7 perfectly. Horse had everything we needed and was an ideal location for spending our days at the beach. We would definitely stay there again!

This is the second time we have rented this home. We also rented the home next to it. We vacation with a total of 7 families and try to rent close to one another. The backyard is spacious and provided a great place for all the families to gather for meals and games. Well stocked and close to the beach. Property manager is very responsive to questions. Will rent again.

The house was wonderful and exactly as described. We found it a bit odd that the morning of our stay, we still had not heard anything from the hosts about check in procedures. That was easily fixed with a quick phone call to VRBO

Perfect spot!
We stayed here for the weekend of our wedding with our close friends who had never been to Ludington before. It was the perfect spot to be able to show them around to all of our favorite places. Also walking distance from the beach. Would love to stay there again!

Very clean, nice backyard, enjoyed having central air, great location. Close to Stern Park,shopping, and restaurants. Only downside was no washer/dryer (which is something we've always had in all of our other rentals).

The location of this home is it’s best quality but everything else was great too. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Some common kitchen things would have been nice like coffee filters and salt and pepper. And soap and shampoo in the showers would be great! It’s possible I missed the lock box code for the key but I looked back through everything and couldn’t find it. I had to call the 24 hour maintenance line to be let in. It all worked out and we had a great stay! Ludington had a lot to offer, even on the rainy days.

Two blocks from the city beach and easy biking distance to everything in downtown Ludington.
The home had nice, comfortable furnishings and lots of thoughtful touches (grill accessory for the fire pit, caddies for the upper bunk beds, board games and puzzles for rainy days, etc.) Also, very easy checkout procedure with basic clean up.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the home to others and potentially return.
I offer the following small tips to the owner/manager for the future: we had to purchase a cookie sheet, ice cube trays, and a good scrubby sponge for doing dishes (the soft sponge that was provided didn't get the dishes clean). Also, just a few more dish towels would have been nice (3-year-olds are messy). But those are very minor concerns. Just food for thought. Overall, it was a great place.

We had a great time on this year's annual salmon fishing trip. This house is charming. As adults, we would have preferred queen-sized mattresses that aren't below bunk beds, but the beds were really comfortable so that was a plus! It's conveniently located in Ludington's downtown and had everything we needed for our short stay.

Clean, quiet neighborhood, so close to the beach!
While this is definitely an investment property intended for rentals (not a cozy, lived-in for generations cabin), it is a lovely home away from home - super clean, everything is pretty much new, including nice bath towels. There are some things you should know...There are no baking pans whatsoever - nada, nothing to warm up leftover pizza, make cinnamon buns, etc. The grill was located on the deck next door, so it felt like it wasn't ours to use. There were no matches/lighter in the house to get a fire started in the fire pit. No dishwasher (not a big deal) and no washer/dryer, which is helpful in a beach town especially. There were only two kitchen dish towels provided...not enough when you have to dry dishes due to no dishwasher. We couldn't figure out how to turn down the air conditioning, the thermostat on the wall didn't do anything, so it was chilly. The neighborhood was super quiet and close to the beach, bikable to downtown and a short drive to the state park (which is divine).

Nice 3 bedroom house on quiet street close to beach!
We had a nice time at the quaint house and appreciated the fire pit out back for relaxing nights. The location is super close to the beach and biking distance from downtown. We hope to come back next year!

Warm summer nights
This was a wonderful place to sit outside by the fire and share time with family or walk a block to the beach and watch the sunsets. We enjoy a summer thunderstorm on the cover porch.
