Come discover the West coast shoreline of Lake Michigan. The Neighborhood: Jump on your bike to head to the quant town of Lakeside. There you will discover little shops, including the fresh donuts, greek food, beef jerky store, bike rentals, party store, local pubs, marina, historical museums and boat launch. Hiking bike paths, golfing, restaurants and the sandy beaches of Lake Michigan. The Space: This home has an open floor plan, with 10ft ceilings. In every bedroom has a cool gel memory foam mattresses ahhh... for a good night’s rest. You have all the pots and pans to cook with, want to bake a cake we have that pan too. We include a few cooking spices. We have internet, cable, 50inch smart TV. The patio out back is fabulous for a gathering around the fire pit or cooking on the Grill Pet Friendly dog only up to 2 allowed You will have the whole house during your stay. The home has a very large fenced in backyard we even have extra space if you are thinking of bringing your boat or water toys for your vacation stay and need the space to park.

This house was perfect for our family of 4. The location is close to the beach and only 25 minutes from Michigan’s Adventure. This house is well stocked as well.

We had a great stay at this property! I always bring cleaning products with not knowing what we are walking into, but we definitely didn't needed them here. Very clean house that has everything you could possibly need and more. The location is perfect. We brought our bikes with and could bike to the beach and just about everywhere else. Only took the care out twice. We really enjoyed eating outside at The Deck and the Lake House Grille. Our dog really enjoyed the gated back yard also. Brenda was so attentive and friendly when we had a question for her. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for this wonderful house!

This property was perfect for families. The owner thought of everything you could need, including toys and books in the kids room. The fenced in backyard was also very nice for kids. It was extremally clean and beautifully decorated. We would stay here again.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this home was to say in. Everything was perfect! She went above and beyond having the bathroom stocked with anything you may have forgotten. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. 7 of us stayed the night and were very impressed. I will definitely be back!!

My husband and I stayed at this lovely home with our 4 year old daughter this past week and had a wonderful experience. The home is one of the most well-equipped rental I have ever visited. Brenda truly outdid herself - she thought of everything! Super chill neighborhood and nice, private fenced-in patio; it was perfect for us and our dog. Lots of thoughtful touches throughout the home - extra blankets to cuddle up with on the couch, complimentary snacks, and doggie treats, just to name a few. Would highly recommend!

Very clean and cozy property...loved the backyard outdoor space! Wish it was within walking distance to the beach, but it was a very short drive! We all had a very relaxing, fun time with a little extra excitement when the fire alarm went off in the early morning of our last day. It really freaked us out but after going off for one cycle stopped. We checked all around the property for signs of fire but everything was just fine and the alarm never went off again.

The neighborhood was peaceful and very family friendly. We went for walks alone and with our dog. The home is perfect for family time! Plenty of room to spread out - and spaces to be together too! The family room was perfect for game nights and outdoor patio for fireplace time. We brought our fur baby and she was perfectly content when let out to the grassy area for potty time - and the occasional squirrel chasing. We were very comfortable in the beds and the water pressure was nice! Super clean home, easy to keep clean. Loved that you thought of small amenities that most places do not (snack basket, spices, condiments, coffee & filters, make-up remover wipes - all in case you just need/want them!). So many times we have to stop to buy salt or something trivial. Not here! Very thoughtful place to stay. Area is close to the beach and downtown shopping - a short drive! Not walking distance, but we didn't mind. Very close to shopping centers, and downtown day trips. Make sure you plan to eat EARLY. Most places closed by 7 or 8. We appreciated Lombardos for pizza and Lefty and Romo's for variety menu. ..both were open a bit later and met our needs. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. It was perfect for our family summer vacation!

I’ve stayed in a few vrbo rentals before and this one was the best one yet. The host had those little extras I didn’t expect. A fully stocked spice cabinet. Little treats in the kitchen. Extras in the bathrooms.

Wonderful Stay
This is our second stay at an always rental property with Brenda and she has outdone herself again! The house is gorgeous and every amenity you could possibly need is located on the property. I love her decorating style and the cleanliness is 10/10! Our almost 3 and 5 year old loved the children’s books and games in the house. We hauled our boat down and there was plenty of room for parking our trailer and truck in the driveway. We had a wonderful stay to spend time with family in the area and hope to be back again sometime!

We brought our dogs and my niece and nephew. We had a great stay although the boardwalk at the dog beach was out. We played games and an ice cream place and beach were a short drive from the house. They we’ve had pooper scooper on the fence to pick up after your dogs which was handy. Would come again.

We booked this home because of the location and the fact that it was pet friendly, and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience! The house was SUPER clean, the manager had everything so well organized, the location was very convenient, we wished we could have stayed longer!

Had a fabulous time
The place was clean and had plenty of kitchen utensils/pans/dishes and even condiments. One bathroom was a little rough for 6 adults but worked out fine for the weekend. Took us a day to figure out the thermostat ( first night was over air conditioned ) but we had fun!

The neighborhood was also incredibly walk friendly. There are cute stores, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. I also took several of my graduation photos at the property because it was so adorable. I would certainly stay here again and my family who lives in the area will be recommending this listing as well as others by this host.

Will definitely stay again! Spent time with Family and Friends and made wonderful Holiday memories! Clean. Spacious back yard. Every little extra you would need if you forgot. Made a HUGE pasta dinner in the wonderful kitchen and had dinner for 15 🎉 Then game night at the awesome dinning table! Wonderful place! Thank you for such a GREAT stay😊 We will be back👍

Me and a few other rescue volunteers spent 5 days staying at this home between working at the Pet Expo. Home was impeccably clean and worked well for our visit. Only negative was the yard is not fully fenced so we couldn’t allow the rescue dogs to get exercise off leash. We will definitely be back!
