About this house rental
Situated in Carolina Beach, this attractive house for $525 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Please Note: Our cleaning fee includes linens for all stays (3 night minimum). Linens include kitchen and bath towels, sheets. We do not provide beach towels. This home is a duplex. The pool is shared with the renters in the other side of the duplex. The pool is typically heated April-October, however it is subject to overnight temperatures. This property is managed by Ambika Mittal, who will communicate with you before, during, and after your stay. We purchased 'A Seaside Memory' in April of 2018 and we love this beautiful home, especially the location and views. We plan to use it throughout the year, so it is upscale with all the comforts of home. Because we use it so much, we will continue to add to the extensive amenities as we see areas for improvement. We strive for all of our guests to have an amazing experience and we know your stay with us will be 5-star, we guarantee it. The home is beautifully decorated with bright colors and accents throughout. The front and rear balconies provide water views from 4 of the 5 bedrooms, 2 with ocean views and 2 with waterway views. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking in and the table and 2 bars provide seating for up to 13 people with additional table seating for 4 on the oceanfront porch. Smart TVs are in every bedroom. This property is perfect for families getting together for a reunion, holding easily up to 14 people (13 in beds and 1 on a rollaway bed). Bedroom 1 is on the 3rd floor and boasts a king bed, vaulted ceiling, large bathroom with jetted tub and a tile shower, and a large private oceanfront balcony with seating. Bedroom 2 is located on the 3rd floor and has a king bed, large bathroom and beautiful waterway views. Bedroom 3 is located oceanfront on the 1st floor with a queen bed, full bath and seating on the front porch. Bedroom 4 is on the 1st floor waterway side and has a queen over queen bunk bed and shares a full bath with Bedroom 5, which has a twin over twin bunk bed and twin trundle bed. There are 3 portable twin beds that can be placed in any of the bedrooms if needed. The pool and back yard are shared with Unit 1 as we are a duplex. Guests can enjoy private beach access over the dunes, with a nearby lifeguard stand and walking distance to the pier. The beautiful salt water pool and large back yard are fenced in, which is great for grilling. We have two grills on the property. There is a 3-night minimum rental policy off season. Property was great and was very close to the beach. Everything was clean, working and communication with the owner was easy. I didn’t read the listing super detailed before booking and when we arrive found out that they do not provide sheets for the beds and you’re expected to bring your own. This was entirely my fault for missing but is a little unusual for a property this size. Overall we had a fantastic experience and would definitely use this property again.

A group of couple friends accompanied us to this lovely condo. It was perfect in every way! Very comfortable, well stocked and ocean front with a pool and parking for 4 vehicles. We’ve already made reservations for next year!!!

This property was PHENOMENAL. It was by far, the best rental property any of us have ever stayed. We had such high expectations after the fantastic reviews we had read when booking and it still exceeded our expectations. we have never been in a cleaner or more well maintained property than this home. It is also fully stocked where you feel as if you’re renting someone’s well lived-in home. The kitchen had plentiful dishes, glasses, cookware, spices, oils, etc. the space is beautiful.
The pool area is pristine and well-maintained and to have a private boardwalk to the beach is unmatched. This location was exceptional both on Carolina Beach and access to boardwalk, grocery, and restaurants as well as the location on the beach. Public access is just far enough away that our beach was never crowded or having to fight for spots.
Could not recommend this home enough. We will be back next summer!

This welcoming duplex proved to be more than expected! We were impressed upon our entrance! It was well maintained, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Plenty of room for all eleven of us, six adults and five children.
The access to the pool and beach was great. Our five grandchildren (ages 5 to 10) loved the pool, the hit of the vacation! The short walk to the beach made it so easy to come and go.
During our stay in Carolina Beach we enjoyed the boardwalk, the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher, the Venus Flytrap Trail and the Southport/Fort Fisher ferry to the U.S.S. North Carolina Battleship, all a short drive away.
Would definitely stay again at this home away from home duplex. A quote from our grandchildren “this was the best house ever”!

We had a perfect stay at this fabulous beach house, with adult children + spouses, and their 90 year old grandmother. We enjoyed having morning coffee on the porch overlooking the ocean, then frolicking in the surf multiple times a day. The heated pool was delightful after a chilly morning at the beach. We walked along the beach 3 miles RT to Brit's for doughnuts Saturday morning including 90 year old Nana, and we had tacos at Nollies for lunch. However most meals we cooked in the fully stocked kitchen. Blackburn's Seafood is an amazing resource close by for the freshest, shrimp and crabmeat available. We wouldn't hesitate to book this property again.

Awesome Family VRBO
We rented this VRBO with extended family - grandparents, sister-in-law/her family and our family - a total of 12 people age range 11-70+. There was plenty of space for all of us and the proximity to the beach was amazing! The VRBO is stocked with all you may need for stress-free, laid back beach vacay!

This house is perfect! We had a group of 7 adults and 3 children, including 1 toddler. We were able to spread out, and had ample space! The kitchen is stocked very well, the beds are comfortable, and the linens provided were very good quality. Look no further if you’re going to Carolina Beach!

Fantastic vacation spot!
The property is oceanfront and has its own pool that is shared with the other renters in this duplex. The beach is deep so you never have to worry about high tide and low tide times. The beach is accessible 24 hours a day.
This unit is beautifully decorated with well-appointed amenities and nice touches that made us feel right at home. The elevator was wonderful for bringing in groceries or moving into or out of the unit. We are already booked to come again next year!

Great weekend
We had a wonderful weekend with the family. The house met all of our needs with a diverse group of people. Very clean. Quiet location but close to everything. Had a little trouble with making the reservation, but Brian was very patient and helpful. Would definitely recommend this property.

Excellent choice
We couldn’t have chosen a better home to stay in to experience a true vacation. Pool was wonderful. Everything you could possibly need is in the house and the owners are beyond nice. They are quick to respond about anything and are so wonderful. If you’re wondering if you should choose this home to rent or another home, choose this one. I did thorough research in all options and this one wins on paper and in person. Wonderful memories were made!!

Hands down best spot on Island!
Going on this trip the group I was traveling with was nervous due to covid & rise in numbers. The host answered every question I had & was as helpful as possible. Even with the crazy questions that I ask, he quickly replied! I feel as if i stayed in contact with him the whole time of stay, but he was helpful & resolved any issues quickly. At one point he even called to make sure that we made it back to the condo ok, after a rough evening. The home was beautiful & enough space for us all. There was 14 in total(11 adults & 3 babies), we all had room & space to do our own thing so we didn't get on each others nerves. We will definitely be returning!

This place was great accommodating our annual girls beach trip. The view of the beach was spectacular especially if you are up for the sunrises! The beds were comfortable. Plenty of seating in the living room for catching up over morning coffee. Looking to book again for next year.
