- friendly manager on site
- the actual address is not the one stated on booking (real one some 100m away, sent with a pin by the manager).
- No 24h front desk as stated. Have to pay for a late check in.
- even after having announced my late arrival, the owner hadn’t provided me with the contact of the person on site (who unfortunately didn’t hear the bell) and the owner couldn’t answer my calls… so left waiting outside for a while …
- equipped with some snacks, but not actual breakfast.

The apartment is big, comfortable, nicely furnished with good quality fittings. It’s in a great location, close to Isola and Brera, it was quiet overnight so I slept very well while staying there.

The property was impeccable and overachieved its promises. It is a clean, comfortable and impeccably decorated apartment with a location providing accessibility to all of Milan. The apartment is quiet night and day.
