Had a terrific time. What an idyllic place!

My husband, dad, niece and I stayed a few nights and had a wonderful time! Beautiful setting, breathtaking views out each window, lovely lake and fire pit right near the lake to enjoy your s’mores! It was very clean and well equipped. Everyone is loooking forward to going back soon!

We enjoyed our stay so much! Lots of room for all of us to spread out. Everything was so clean and well maintained. The property is so beautiful and quiet. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Our family returned here for a second summer and loved it once again! Perfect quiet lake, quick access to a nice golf course, and plenty of amenities to enjoy the water. The house was clean and updated and perfect for our family including three young kids. We will be back!

This is a beautiful home in an absolutely gorgeous location with lake views from almost every window in the house. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen table was identical to one owned by my sister, so my nephew felt very nostalgic while eating there. The pontoon boat rides were a treat. The house was clean and well kept, and there was room for all of us to spread out and do our own things (reading, knitting, napping, watching the waves on the lake). The kitchen was well eqjuipped so we could cook meals and bake cinnamon rolls for breakfast. We spent a lot of time in the sunroom enjoying the view and relaxing. The lake was cool and clean for swimming, and the little fish kept our fishermen entertained. We had a couple of issues with the grill, but that was fixed as soon as we made a phone call. Thank you for sharing this beautiful house with us. I hope to return in 2023.

It was a nice place and location for the activities we had planned for the week. The only thing that I would recommend is, if you have an infant, blackout curtains. The windows and natural light is awesome, but made naps and early bedtime a little tricky.

Home: comfortable, kitchen well equipped, adult beds comfortable, good spaces to play games, eat meals, wind down, have a fire outside, cook on the grill! The waterfront is Sandy and very young child friendly, fishing was amazing and kayaks and peddle boat were used all day long. The pontoon boat took everyone on relaxing rides and great fishing -bass, perch, sun fish, walleye and musky. The washing machine and dryer were helpful! Reno Lake is beautiful and the sunsets from this property are the BEST. We loved the property with windows to see the lake from every side of the home. We will Consider it again next year!

There was also a main floor bedroom and bathroom. There was always sun or shade, your chose. Plenty of yard to play games. A nice beach and water toys. A fire ring with plenty of lawn chairs and loungers. A table large enough to accommodate 8 easily. We loved the quiet lake and having only one neighbor. They were so nice. We combined a visit with Grandma in a Crosby nursing home with a lake vacation. Nice house on lake that is very conveniently located. The ability to rent a pontoon boat from the owner was a real plus.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The kids (and parents!) absolutely loved the kayaks and pontoon boat. The fishing was great for kids and the property was clean and in such great condition. We enjoyed the local golf course and a quick trip into Brainerd. We've already booked for next summer!

We had a wonderful week at Reno Point with our family. The cabin is fairly well equipped and has been updated. Beds were comfortable. While there were things that were not as described when we arrived, the host and caretaker were very responsive. We loved the large yard, games and kayaks. Of note, if you have small children, the stairs to the upstairs are quite steep and there is no gate. Also, while there is a sand beach, there are quite a few rocks and weeds in the water - bring water shoes.

Charming house on a large quiet lot. We rented the pontoon and it was perfect to take our grandchildren out fishing. Nice sandy beach for kids to play! I would highly recommend this VRBO!!!

This is a beautiful property, on a peninsula, on a quiet lake, with a great sand beach for kids to play and swim! We rented their pontoon boat and took a ride each day! The accommodations were wonderful, open spaces, nice kitchen fully equipped for meals, comfortable living room space with TV, dining room, upstairs had a room with bunk beds which our kids loved, plus two additional bedrooms and a crib, fun nooks and crannies too, spacious porch with amazing views of the lake. They have a bonfire pit and provided wood, they also provided gas for the boat and no need to go fill it up. The lot has some big trees so there are options for shade. The only things that we ran into were a tub upstairs that didn’t have a working plug, to fill for baths for the kids, but a cheap plug purchased at a dollar store fixed that issue. The shower downstairs is fine, but small. We ran out of warm water for the baths the first night but had no problems the other nights, I suspect due to housekeeping having done quite a bit of laundry prior to our arrival from a larger group of guests. The lake is small, if you are looking to go on long boat rides this wouldn’t be the lake I would choose, but very nice if you are content going on short boat rides, no ladder on boat to get into the water in the lake. Overall we had a wonderful trip, boating, bonfires, sand beach play, the house and property are beautiful!!! Very attentive in responding to us too! Would highly recommend!!!!

We had a wonderful time on Reno Lake. The pictures in the listing don’t do the house justice. The house is so spacious but still cozy. The hosts provide practically everything you need. Lots of pillows, bedding, fluffy towels, beach towels, life jackets (including youth), games, even some toiletries. Kitchen is fully stocked, with great appliances which made cooking very easy. The extra beer fridge is a nice touch. Beds are comfortable. I loved having the washer and dryer, since the kids played on the beach everyday. The location is amazing., just two hours from the cities. The property is secluded but easy to get to and close to town. Every room has lake views, most of the house does since the lake wraps around the property. The west-facing porch is the best and a great place to watch the spectacular sunsets. We are definitely coming back.

Adults only this time but I would feel safe bringing kids as it’s located at the end of the road with no traffic concerns. Walking distance to a great bar and restaurant.

The house is great. It’s well taken care of and more spacious and nicer than it appears in pictures. We’d definitely come back. The lake is nice and quiet, beautiful yard, lake access for kayaking. We also rented a paddle board, which was nice. Nice fire pit with plenty of chairs. We are frequent VRBO’ers and really enjoyed our stay.

Loved your place!

The property was a bit larger than we were expecting, with nice upgrades given the age of the house. The bedrooms were comfortable with nice views, maybe could upgrade the sheets though since they seemed a bit thin/dated. The yard is fantastic with great access to the water, & the kayaks were a huge plus!
