Multi Building Property of individually owned exterior entry units. Private entry with key entry. This unit sits at the back of the property along a relatively quiet street with lots of greenery viewable from the large windows in the main open living area. Unit includes full size washer and dryer, Spectrum WiFi and TV. This unit is owned by a partner in a cleaning company, and comes provided with biweekly cleaning service. Exterior property amber lighting in the private parking lot as well as porch lighting for each unit provide safety and convenience. Close to downtown Grand Haven, and Grand Haven State Park and beach. Also close to Rosy Mound Natural Area with well groomed paths and scenic views of Lake Michigan.

This condo is very Nice! The neighborhood is very nice and only a mile from the water. It's spotless and very cute!! We stayed for 2 months there while we worked and highly recommend! The host is very accommodating, not that we needed ANYTHING. The condo is fully stocked!
