Located in Pensacola Beach, this charming condo for $425 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Bayfront Condo, 2 Beds + Queen size Serta pull out couch - 6 Person Maximum, 2 Full Baths Located steps away from the water, you can relax while listening to the sound of waves from your private balcony overlooking Pensacola Bay, or take a short walk across the street to enjoy the beautiful white sands and emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico. This second floor unit is a clean and beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront condo features unobstructed views of Pensacola Bay from the living room, master suite, and private balcony. You can also experience spectacular sunsets from the private balcony if you visit during late Spring, Summer or early Fall. The larger bedroom features a queen size bed and the guest bedroom has a full size bed. Although the condo is less than two miles from Casino Beach, which is the primary location for shopping, restaurants, night life, jet ski and boat rentals, charter fishing companies, public fishing pier and other entertainment options, you can still relax at this relatively quiet and uncrowded location. The condo is also within walking distance to one of Pensacola Beach’s most well known seafood restaurants, Peg Leg Pete’s. Just come as you are! We supply all the amenities you'll need for you to enjoy this modern and well-appointed unit! Including a fully equipped kitchen, flat panel high definition TV’s in the living room and master bedroom, DVD player and Bose surround sound in the living room, quality linens and bedding, and a table with four chairs on the balcony. A private bath with a garden tub is located in the master bedroom. All soaps for kitchen, bath and laundry are supplied. Come and relax in paradise! The condominium complex includes an outdoor pool, private sandy beach, pond with fountains, and private fishing pier exclusively for guests and residents of Baywatch Condos. Each year we take a trip after Christmas into the New Year this year we decided to check out Pensacola! This property was a great find for sure!! It was VERY clean and tidy!! It had plenty of amenities from extra toliet paper to sugar and spices in the cabinet! Plenty of towels; had beach towels and extra beach supplies in closets outside; even though we didn't use them-it was still nice that they supplied those things. Had a great view! A private Pier that you could fish from and walk along the bay side was really nice. Pool area was clean; a little small- it was way too cold to swim, but we did check it out. Area was quiet but it was off season; had no problems at all. Plenty of room for us 2 adults and 2 teens. The owners sent us message with all info beforehand and the welcome basket was a very nice gesture! thank you for accommodating our first trip to Pensacola and will book again in the future!

Stayed here over Christmas to visit our daughter. The condo was perfect for us - great location near the beach...walked the beach in 72 degrees on Christmas Day...can't get any better than that!

Thank you for the snacks/treats. We enjoyed the stay. The place is smaller than I expected. I just didn’t pay attention on the condo size when booking. I like location being quite and right by the Gulf national seashore. One of heating elements (coil) of the cooktop is not level so I was a little tricky when we cooked our fried eggs. Some of the cookware are old. They either need replaced or removed as it is cluttered up the place. Thanks

We really enjoyed our trip to Pensacola. The condo has everything you need for a nice week away. Great location, minutes from the beach access and the view from the balcony is gorgeous! There is a family of dolphins that play every evening right outside in the bay too. We will be returning !!! Thanks!!!

Nicely furnished, well-kept condo with very nice owners. Location worked out perfectly for attending the Blue Angels show and going to the beach regularly. Water views from the deck lent a relaxing feel to every meal. Definitely would rent there again. Must be able to climb a few flights of stairs. Parking was convenient and covered from the sun’s heat and any passing storm.

It was absolutely beautiful clean owners had a welcome gift basket we sat on balcony every chance we got we even enjoyed seeing the dolphins in our backyard the sunset sunrise the pool was clean we definitely would recommend staying here and plan to stay again short walk to new fav restaurant peg leg and even shorter walk to beach

Just like listing :). Just know ahead of time it is up several flights of stairs and no elevator. Just in case you have someone who can’t do stairs. Floating in a bay was new for us, but quickly became our favorite thing to do. We also took a day trip to Destin, rented a boat and went to Crab Island! Perfect vacation for sure!

We enjoyed this property very much. It’s very clean and exactly as advertised. We enjoyed the fact that it’s a little bit out of the crowds of the main public beach area. Beach access was an easy walk of maybe a block.

This two bed two bath condo was perfect for us. We loved the location. It has covered parking and parking passes for two vehicles.
The balcony overlooked the beautiful view of the bay where we watched boaters, jet skiers And several pods of dolphins! Across the street on the other side of the property was the ocean. It as easily accessible.
We loved being surrounded by water and loved the easy access to restaurants , bike paths, kayaking, etc. We were fortunate to enjoy great weather at the tail end of spring break. Another plus was that it was not overly crowded.
One of us even ran the Gulf Coast Half Marathon that weekend. The starting line was right down the road from the condo! Talk about convenient!
When we arrived, the first thing we noticed about this property was the cleanliness. It had everything we needed including stackable washer and dryer, full kitchen that included small appliances (toaster, 12 cup coffee maker, blender).
The first day, we drove back over the bridge to the Walmart Neighborhood Market. It was a very clean grocery store, well stocked with everything we wanted and needed.
Our favorite restaurant turned out to be the Water Pig BBQ restaurant. It was covered outdoor eating next to the water, Great music, waitstaff and Fabulous food "Made with Love" according to our server.
We definitly enjoyed our stay at this property and only wished we had arranged to stay longer.

Overall we loved the location, it was bayside and drive to the beach was about 1 min. Loved having the private/covered parking for our vehicles and storing our bikes while we were out. We had no problems during our stay.

We had such an amazing week at this property. It had everything that we needed and was conveniently located to food and the beach. This condo was perfect. We went to awe the Blue Angels. It is very convenient to all the things in Pensacola there is to do. The view over the Bay is breathtaking! Perfect spot to swim without all the crowds on the beach. Super easy owners to communicate with. 5/5 on all aspects! Would def come back!!

We have become regulars at this condo, as we are sure the schedule the same one every year. Here are our reasons --and this unit was booked last year which forced us into booking a different one. We booked it a year out to make sure we got back in this one--
1) It is like home....Fully furnished with everything you need, very clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, perfect amount of space for our family of 6, etc...
2) The hosts....very welcoming every year. Quick to respond, and truly care about their guests.
3)Location....Looks right out into the bay...no obstructions. Perfect view for morning coffee, and evening dinner. In addition my family spends a lot of time on the pier and we have a clear view of pier as well. Right next to grills as well.
Beach access easy walk. A wonderful beach right across the street.
4) Covered parking....a MUST for us!!
I could go on. We love the Baywatch community. It's quiet, great location, clean, and immaculately maintained, but we believe this is the best unit in the Property.

Very Relaxing Condo
This property was amazing!! My fiance and children stayed here and this was our first time staying on the bay side and I would highly recommend this for anyone. The property was fully stocked with everything that you could need while on vacation. Beds were very comfortable and we had the best time. We will be back for sure!!
