Located in Pensacola Beach, this attractive condo for $420 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Beach Colony Resort East condominium awaits you for a relaxing vacation. Treat yourself to this luxury complex, located directly on Navarre Beach, with an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico. This upscale condo is on the 2nd floor and has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master is furnished with a king size bed with an en suite bath that has a jacuzzi garden tub and walk-in shower. You will want to spend time soaking and admiring the gulf view from this tub. The master opens to a large, circular balcony. The second bedroom has two very comfortable double beds for a great night’s rest. Each bedroom is furnished with an LCD tv. The guest bathroom is large and located right off of the 2nd bedroom. The large living room has plenty of seating with new leather furniture. The view from the living room will allow you to admire the Gulf of Mexico right from your chair. Enjoy hours of relaxation sitting on the large circular balcony, with a view of the Navarre fishing pier and people watching. The fully furnished kitchen comes stocked with cookware, dinnerware, and glassware. It is stocked with items you would find in your own kitchen. There is a two person eating bar attached. The dining area has a 4 person dining table for you to sit and enjoy the spectacular view of the emerald green water. The condo comes with free Wi-Fi service. The complex has an on-site exercise room and a social room. The large, gated pool on site feels great after a day spent basking in the sun and tennis courts are also available on site.

This condo had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation! It’s centrally located close to the pier, restaurants, the turtle conservation center, and shops. The views are amazing and the condo was fully stocked with everything we needed! The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

This was our second year staying at Navarre . Tim was excellent to work with and his condo was top notch. The weather was awesome and my wife and I enjoyed the beach daily . We look forward to a return trip .

We loved our vacation at Navarre Beach. This condo at Beach Colony Resort came with amazing views of the Gulf. We were able to see dolphins at times from the balcony. Tim was the perfect host, and the condo was very clean and beautiful when we arrived. Thank you again, Tim, and we hope to stay there again.

Tim was the best host we’ve ever had. Communication was excellent. He made us aware of a local arts and crafts festival prior to arrival and offered early check in. The unit was clean, comfortable and quiet. We loved the living room recliners and covered deck. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we might want as well as 2 bags of ice in the freezer. The beach supplies were a plus. We loved the location, very close to the fabulous pier as well as great restaurants. The beach has white sugar sand and the water is crystal clear and emerald green. We saw sting rays, a sea turtle, and several other beautiful aquatic creatures. The pool was very nice as well. This location is closer for us than other gulf locations. We hope to return there soon. Thanks to Tim for a fabulous trip!

My family and I just returned from a week stay here. Everything was perfect! Tim was amazing to work with, always quick to answer all my questions and had the condo stocked with everything you could think of needing and more! We was able to get in early so that was worth a lot to us considering we had about a nine hour drive. The extra beach chairs, umbrella, and toys was a great addition! The views from the balcony were amazing. I will be staying in this condo again next year when we return.

Property manager was fantastic communicating and even let us check in early! The condo was not very clean (dusty in several spots), in general the condo needs a lot of updates. The ceiling fan in living room made loud clicking noise, the sliding door track was filled with so much dust and debris it took a lot of strength to open and close every time. Pots and pans were all very old and scratched making it difficult to cook anything.

This was our first time to Navarre beach and it was wonderful! The condo was huge and clean. Tim was so good with communicating needed codes and when the condo was ready. The condo was well stocked only needing your own personal items. The weather was temperamental the week we were there which made being on the second floor very convenient with the back and forth to the beach. Also the large covered patio was perfect. We were still able to sit outside and play cards when it was raining. The view from the patio and condo are breathtaking, you definitely feel right on the beach. We saw dolphins everyday from the condo. We also enjoyed being able to use the beach umbrellas, games, and extra chairs in the outside storage unit. If you are going to Navarre this is the condo to book!

I appreciated the gated community we were in, we felt so safe there! The storage unit right outside the door was a true lifesaver!! The chairs, the toys, the booger boards, everything! Communication between owner was five stars alone. Been to too many places where you can never get ahold of the owner. Not the case with Tim! The unit was so spacious and cozy! So close to the pier too! I would give it a 10/10 but ratings only go til 5.

This was a wonderful condo. I had spent a lot of time going through the reviews, and they were all accurate. It was a spacious unit with an absolutely beautiful view of the gulf. The balcony was a nice size and very enjoyable as well. Everything was extremely comfortable - beds, living room furniture (reclines-Yay!), big garden tub in the main bedroom. We enjoyed the "extra" things that were available such as games, books, and beach chairs. The communication with the owner was wonderful, and he was so accommodating. We will definitely stay here again. Very pleased.

Loved the location of this condo. It is extremely close to local restaurants and sits directly on the beach. Tim was an amazing host. The condo’s balcony is huge and perfect for spending time outside listening to the waves.

My family enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo in Navarre. The condo and view are even more gorgeous than the pictures, but they are very accurate. We were so glad we chose to stay here vs. a hotel. The condo is very clean and well equipped with towels, bedding, kitchen essentials and even games. You may choose to bring or buy your own groceries but there are places to eat nearby. The owner also supplies beach chairs, floats and an umbrella. The large, curved balcony was a wonderful place to sit and drink morning coffee and watch the dolphins. My teen enjoyed renting a kayak and paddleboard since the waves were calmer here. The owner was very easy to communicate with and gave helpful details for the condo. The pool is also very pretty and large enough for lots of people. My husband and son even enjoyed the gym located on property, which also has a large common space and tables for games. This really was a nice place to stay and we will definitely go back.

Tim’s beautiful condo was absolutely perfect for our 38th Anniversay celebration! Spending five days enjoying the glorious views from the spacious balcony was one of our favorite pastimes. Tim has thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable and carefree, from the well-stocked kitchen for cooking and staying in to the use of his beach chairs, umbrella, floats and other accessories! (Even left “happy anniversary” goodies for us!) We definitely understand why people return to stay in this extremely clean and fabulous condo!! Navarre beach is absolutely beautiful and this was our favorite trip. We hope to return soon!! ❤️

We had a great time
We really enjoyed our stay. The property owner Tim was very responsive if we needed anything. The Ac went out the night before we arrived. He left fans for us and kept us up to date of when it was going to be fixed. Other than that I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The condo was nice and open. It was prefect for us.
