Situated in Pensacola Beach, this attractive condo for $431 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches, the flawlessly clear blue water, and the fabulously one of a kind atmosphere of Navarre Beach in this recently renovated 15th floor luxury condo. The condo is in the East Beach Colony Resort tower, located directly gulf front on the sands of Navarre Beach. The Gulf Islands National Seashore (our beaches) was voted the Best Florida Attraction by USA TODAY readers. Our tower sits right on the beach so you can take in views down the beach, while the West Beach Colony tower sits back behind the pool and looks at the backs of the other buildings like ours. Step out onto the over-sized balcony or simply look out the window in any of the rooms to enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf coast. One minute on the balcony during sunset and you will realize why you needed to come here. Many of the Beach Colony views in both towers are now obstructed by other buildings or sitting back behind the pool and getting views of the backs of the other buildings. This view is absolutely magnificent! This upscale condo is a lovely decorated unit that sleeps 6 to 8 with luxury in mind. The living room is suited with wrap around windows and wall to wall sliding doors that provide a panoramic view of the gulf with both views to the east and the pier as well as the west and down the beach. The dining room is spacious and can comfortably seats six. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. The gourmet kitchen is outfitted with granite counter tops, top of the line appliances, a stocked spice rack, and all the pots, pans, tableware, etc., that you need to cook and entertain in style. There is a private and elegant master bedroom suite where a wall of sliding glass doors open to the beautiful views of the balcony. The bedroom includes a desk with a supplied monitor along with a large walk-in closet and 39 inch TV. The master bath/spa is the peak of luxury. The whirlpool bath and the beautiful walk-in-shower are surrounded by windows that once again provide an avenue to look out onto the awe-inspiring scenery. There is a spacious second bedroom with a queen bed, 40 inch LED TV, Blue Ray Player and full private bathroom and a 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds, a 39 inch LED TV and another full private bathroom. This 15th floor unit also has a separate laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer. This condo is equipped with free high-speed wireless internet and a 60 inch LED TV and Blue Ray player in in the living room. TVs, and Blue Rays/DVDs throughout the condo provide much opportunity to be entertained and the over-sized balcony is simply put the best spot on Navarre Beach to sit back and relax. We also have games and puzzles stored in the footstool/storage bin as well as many books, DVDs and CDs in the unit for guest unit. We provide the key to our storage unit right outside our door where we have beach chairs, umbrellas, and outdoor games for free guest use at the beach. The Beach Colony pool is the largest pool on Navarre beach. Clay tennis courts and shuffle board courts are available for free guest use. The beaches are part of over 20 miles of federally protected uncrowded and unspoiled sugar white beaches. At Beach Colony Resort you are only steps away from indulging in restaurants where dining is truly a unique beach experience, and a short drive from golfing, shopping, movies, fishing, diving, great entertainment, and everything else being at the beach has to offer. Exercise in the free fully equipped, air conditioned Beach Colony workout room or enjoy a bike ride along the miles of beach front trails that Navarre Beach has to offer. Fish from the longest pier on the Gulf of Mexico, available just outside the condo. Absolutely no smoking in the unit or on the balcony and no pets. The property is in a great location. We enjoyed being away from the busier beaches but close enough to drive into Destin or Pensacola if we wanted to. The condo was great. The kitchen had anything and everything you’d need to cook with. Thanks for letting us stay!

Summer 2022
This is our third time staying in this unit and it never disappoints! It has everything we need and more, feels very comfortable and like home. The ice maker is a must! We appreciate the keyless entry as it makes it easier to come and go. Beach Colony Resort is the only place we will stay when in Navarre Beach. As sad as we were for our time to end, we are already planning our next trip!

Unit was clean and well appointed. Would definitely stay here again. The complex does not offer many amenities (other than pool) but the unit provided what we needed as well as lots of beach extras in the closet. Thanks for the great stay!

We loved this beautiful condo. The balcony was amazing (very spacious with a beautiful view). We sat there every night. It is fully stocked with everything you need for a week at the beach (chairs, boogie boards, etc) , spices in the kitchen and games for rainy days. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. We will definitely stay here again.

I am an avid review reader. I rely heavily on other’s experiences before I book anywhere. This condo had great reviews, so we were truly disappointed. There was construction everywhere! Our beautiful ocean view balcony was completely covered in plastic. You could only see ocean if you were standing. My husband did not take much vacation time because he works from home. He was looking forward to sitting on the porch and working during the day but with the painting and noise, it was not possible. I also had a disturbing experience. I had just laid down in a bath when I noticed workers coming up the scaffolding outside the window. The blinds had been turned down to close but I didn’t realize that you could see down through them on the outside that way. (Who is going to think someone would look in your blinds when you are 15 stories up anyway?) As I began to wash my hair, I looked up and noticed two workers watching me. Horrified, I yelled for my husband and he immediately closed the blinds correctly. I was so thankful my 17 yr old daughter had not been taking a bath. A few moments later, the maintenance man came to fix a broken pipe in the master bedroom closet. If we had known so much construction was going on, we would have stayed somewhere else. We ran into some owners and asked them about it. They said they had known for a couple months now that this was coming. When we mentioned this to our owner, she reassured us that she knew nothing about it , yet she sent me an email with a copy of the notice she was given by the HOA on March 11th regarding the repairs -which stated that they would begin in Mar/April and last 6-7 months. The owner tried to imply that we booked before she knew about them. So, she didn’t have a responsibility to let us know??? We understood that we booked at the end of February but she she should have contacted us and all other FUTURE renters to inform them of the on going construction. This vacation was supposed to be our 26th anniversary celebration since we didn’t get to celebrate our 25th because of Covid. The owner tried to give us $ back so we could go to dinner. Really?? We never asked for any money back.. I am sure most would people would have or atleast a heavy discount. We made the best of it. We loved Beach colony but we will never work with this owner again. I hope this review helps, ESPECIALLY ANYONE who is booked here In the upcoming months.

Super Clean!
Upon our arrival, our first impression was that the entire unit was super clean! Everything was so neat and tidy. The kitchen is always the most important room in a home to me, and this kitchen did not disappoint. It was updated, clean, and had what we needed to cook the meals we wanted to make there.
LOVE the ocean views from the living room, master bedroom and master bath. Amazing!
We also loved the balcony with the furniture. We had breakfast out on the balcony every morning watching the ocean and listening to the waves. How more relaxing can you get than that?
We were very appreciative of the use of the owner's beach closet that included beach chairs and umbrellas.
The beach is very beautiful with soft, white sand. Some of the nicest sand we've ever been on.
There are grills down by the pool for the guests use. We purchased charcoal to grill fresh seafood from Navarre Seafood Market, but, unfortunately, it came a downpour so we prepared our food inside.
The lights were a little difficult to figure out. We never did figure out how to turn the living room light/ceiling fan on, but it was no big deal.
The sofa has a musty smell, but maybe that's from the ocean/salty air?
There is quite a collection of dvd's if you choose to watch a movie. We watched a couple and were appreciate of the owners having them there.
The until also comes with a washer/dryer which we appreciated. We were able to pack lighter and do laundry while there. We were also happy about not having to bring dirty laundry home.
Navarre is a quiet little town. If you're looking for the wild nightlife, it's not here. Destin and Pensacola are both a short drive away should one choose to go there.
The owners have thought of everything in this unit. We recommend it and would love to come back in the future!

A little slice of paradise!
Absolutely everything (and more) you could ever need for a week of family fun at the beach! Very beautifully decorated, clean, with lots of extras! The condo was perfect for our family of 5 (2 older boy teens, 3 year old daughter, and me and my husband). The beach is gorgeous and we were even able to walk down to the pier, which also did not disappoint (we saw a turtle, dolphin, and ray swimming in the beautifully clear emerald water)!

Our new favorite condo
We have stayed in Navarre and Pensacola multiple times over the past few years and we love Karen and her property. We booked this last minute when our trip was cancelled to England and were so pleased. The property is immaculate and the photos don't do it justice! The decor, the beds, the furniture and the over stocked kitchen are second to none.
Everything is so clean compared to comparable units in these condos. Not a speck of sand anywhere. It was so clean my wife spent Saturday morning before our departure vacuuming and cleaning before we left.
The fact Karen also provides so many essentials that you don't need to bring is priceless. From chairs to umbrellas she has it all!

The condo was very nice and I loved that we had 3 bathrooms and a washer and dryer available. I will say it was definitely not kid friendly though. Glass tables, alot of wall decor to pull on and a shelf to climb on. Also our door did not lock from the inside and my 2 year old opened the condo door many times and ran right out. There needs to be a top latch on the door!

Birthday trip 2019
The pictures do not do this condo justice! It’s gorgeous and extremely clean. The beach closet has everything one could possibly want to make packing easier. The kitchen is well stocked and organized perfectly. It’s a very quiet condo and in a great location. The views from the balcony are magnificent. The pool and grill area are kept very clean. Communication with the owners was fast and the rental process was easy. Great memories made for my birthday in my heaven on earth in this perfect condo!

Our week of a little piece of Heaven
This is our third year staying at this amazing Condo. Why do we continue to choose, this particular unit... 1. This unit is ALWAYS immaculately clean. 2. This unit offers EVERYTHING, you could possibly need. All you need to bring are your clothes, food , and a few toiletries. 3. The VIEW 4. The closet of toys. This unit offers a key, to everything you need at the beach. We have stayed here every year with others, that have also stayed in this building, and we were the only ones, granted access to this amazing closet. There are an over abundance of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, floats, etc. 5. Communication. From the time you book with this unit, until you leave, you are given every answer to every question In an email. 6. The beds. The beds are amazing! Super comfortable. You wake up every morning rested and ready to go. 7. The ottoman of board games. As with any day on vacation, you can anticipate some rain. This ottoman is packed with games to make those moments still remain great. 8. Location. You absolutely can’t deny that this location is truly a hidden jewel .
Will we return for a 4th year, YES GOD willingly. Thank you Karen for offering up such an amazing unit. You have allowed three years of the BEST family memories fruition. We absolutely LOVE 15c!

Family beach week 2019
We stayed in this unit June 22-29, 2019 and LOVED it! It was myself, my husband, daughter and son-in-law, 16 year old son, and 2 of his friends. The unit was plenty big for all of us not to get into each other's space. It is completely stocked with any and everything you need. The kitchen was a joy to cook in. All the beds were very comfortable, and had bedding supplied in the closets if needed. The outside closet was a huge bonus, not hauling all the beach gear from home was so nice. The location was very convenient to all stores and shopping. I spent a good amount of time on the balcony soaking up the views:-) Overall I can't wait to book this condo again for our next trip. Thanks for sharing your condo with us and helping make our beach week so great!

Great condo!
Condo was clean and very well stocked. Having beach chairs and umbrellas saved us the cost of renting chairs. Overall, it was like staying in someone’s home, welcoming and comfortable. The elevators during the check out and check in were awful. People used the luggage carts and did not return them for others to use. I suggest taking your own little wagon to transport your stuff to the condo and to the beach. This is a 5 star condo in a 3-4 star location.
