Lots of stairs and quite steep stairs. To get in you need to use a keypad and I couldn’t work out how to use it! Asked for help at the take away beside us (who share the back yard) - you put your whole hand over it and it lights up 😉

Dangerous, noisy and disappointing

The shower was really nice and the kitchen well equipped

Where to start! We had issues accessing the property and once inside we had to move the huge bins blocking the entrance. The metal steps have a rope instead of a proper handrail. One of our party grabbed this whilst hauling up a heavy bag and almost fell over the side- very dangerous to say the least. Upon entering, we could hear very loud music. Turns out it is from the shop underneath the apartment and they ignored us when asked if they could lower it, the speaker in the shop is situated on the highest shelf which sits just under the living room floor of the apartment. The music was on for the majority of our stay, as late as 10 pm one evening and as early as 8 am. The neon sign for the shop is on 24 hours a day. This wouldn't be an issue if the property had decent blinds or curtains, but as it stands it resembles Popworld on a Saturday night! The front bedroom window is in a poor state and shuts out none of the road noise, of which there is a lot, when closed. This room smelt odd and it didn't smell like the bedding had been washed, I had to swap a sheet and pillow case from a spare bed in another room. This was only the case on one of the beds but still pretty grim. The listing states free parking. This would probably be fine if there wasn't a Taxi garage on the street. The stairs inside the property resemble some kind of carpeted ladder, a real challenge when taking bags up or down. The kitchen is nice, the shower possibly the only bonus. I wouldn't recommend this property for groups or families until some simple fixes are made, a shame really because it wasn't cheap. Wouldn't stay again.

Great location. Very clean inside

I messaged about WiFi without getting a response. The entrance area outside is dirty food containers all over the place. The front bedroom is really noisy
